The experience is really bad, the old woman with white/gray hair was very unprofessional, she treat people differently, she ignore me around 10 minutes but not willing to help me do a quick check. I seldom meet this situation, it make me very uncomfortable.

Visit, don’t call. Regional distribution center. Employee at the counter went above and beyond to help with each person’s very specific/niche requests or problems, following up to track down missing packages and mail.
You do have to go in person, they don’t really have phone service even though they list it (I was told by the employee at my local USPS).

Was on the phone (real person representative) and told to come in before 3pm, because their operating hours is 8am to 3pm. Requested work to do a half day and quickly rushed here only to find out it’s closed at 12pm. The automated phone service also said the location is closed at 3pm. Lost my PTO and rushed for nothing.

This mail terminal is the worst I have ever seen.Mail is not delivered when it is suppose to.Mail nan is allowed to hold back mail if he has a lot.They never ever. Answer their phone . I AM FED UP.

Mail gets delivered either very late or not at all for days causing my employees to be mad at me for delayed payments. Please note i also pay to have checks delivered faster then normal for them not to arrive on time still.This is ridiculous
