Front desk rep went above and beyond to help with a pending return to sender case. Employee at the counter went above and beyond to help with each person’s very specific requests or problems, following up to track down missing packages and mail. Visit in person since phone line is not reliable. The center is smooth and easy to use.

Worst customer service ever. She’s so rude, refused to give me my mail and told me it’s her choice! And shut the window told me I have a bad attitude. 😂😂 like yeah I did have a bad attitude my dad died that month. So thank you for just making life harder.
