“I’ve been going to Stronger for the last 4 months and I’ve seen a world of a difference in my physical and mental wellbeing. All I had to do was show up to class and follow instructions, which is fantastic when you are trying to build a routine and discipline. It’s a judgement free gym and great for all fitness levels. Frank and the crew are lovely people, who are constantly kind and supportive when you are overwhelmed (special shoutout to Brianne!). I can’t recommend Stronger enough!”

“I've been working out at Elevate since spring of 2021, and its been worth literally every cent. Evan puts his heart and soul into this gym, and he's got a fun, skilled team of coaches that bring their own personality to the sessions. I feel like I found myself again by coming here, and in the process I found a community. They change up the classes on a monthly basis, so you can challenge yourself without the workouts going stale. They perfected their virtual game over the pandemic, which is great because they keep me honest while I'm out of town. Thank you Elevate for encouraging me to Be my Best ?”

“Great place to workout. Fun way to get cardio, deal with stress by punching some bags and meet cool people. Start off with warmups that end up being a great workout at the end. Then we do bag rounds, where the instructor will let you know what combination of punches and kicks to do in each round. The workout is 45 minutes long. The instructors create great energy and friendly atmosphere. I recommend to all fitness levels!”

“Despite not being local to the area, this was an excellent Anytime Fitness location to stop into. This gym is very spacious and has an impressive array of equipment, including (but not limited to) two deadlifting platforms, four squat racks, two air bikes, gymnastic rings, and a nice variety of machines + free weights.

The turf area is spacious. I also noticed the cycling studio next door, though I didn’t check it out this time. Overall, excellent place for a workout that feels safe and welcoming to all walks — also a very first responder and vet-friendly space! Wish I lived closer.”

“I did an open gym drop in two days this week as I was away from home and needed to get my training in. Great spot! Nice, organized open gym area with a rig, squat racks, benches, deadlift areas, etc (they refer to this as red) and also looked like a great open area with turf for classes (they refer to this as green). I met Rich, Heather, and Meg. All were super nice. Other gym members were also great when I had questions about equipment and their gym etiquette. Rich also has a ton of strongman equipment there and was more than willing to help me out with any of it. My programming didn't call for any of it this week, but I know where I will go if I am ever back in the area and need to get my training in!”

“By far one of the best Anytime Fitnesses in the area. While it seems small given its location, I have never had an issue waiting for equipment. The equipment variety is phenomenal and rivals many boutique powerlifting/bodybuilding gyms. There are plenty of squat racks and plates. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The only flaw I find is that there are limited treadmills when it’s busy and not all of the treadmills have functioning incline.

There is a suggestion box and the owner Gary is great and handles problems as soon as they are brought up.”

“I have been a member at 9Round Millbury for the last five months. I have always been someone who needed a structured workout and these workout sure pack a punch. The atmosphere here is always top notch and all of the trainers are knowledgable and motivating. The flexibility of being able to jump in start a workout without having to rely on a set class time is great for those of us who have busy schedules but still want to prioritize fitness. These full-body workouts are packed with variety and the changing circuits everyday keep it new and exciting. There is never a mundane workout! The personalized attention and one-on-one time with the trainers in every workout really sets this gym apart from others in the area. There is an option to adjust exercises to accommodate everyone fitness levels and goals.

Overall, my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. In five short months I have been able to completely transform how I look and feel and I walk out of here feeling accomplished after every workout. In addition to the workouts, 9Round offers nutritional advice, how-to videos for the exercises, and email results after every workout so you can track your progress through each and every workout. If you're looking to kick your fitness into high gear, this is the place to go. It is so much fun, it's challenging, and it's extremely effective. 10/10 stars!”

“We are just finishing our first season on a Spirit Central All Star Cheer team and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Expectations for each cheer level are clearly laid out before the season begins as well as important dates and the financial commitment. The staff is very responsive to the concerns of athletes and parents. Children are treated fairly and there is zero tolerance for bullying and negativity. Competitions were fun, and all teams were well prepared and excelled at every comp I attended.”

Not only do they have all the classics but they have a hack squat machine, they have punching bags, they have Olympic rings and they have oversized tires and sledgehammer.It's really a great place to get some serious work accomplished. “EFC is a clean and safe place to get your workouts in. Three reasons why I like the place: 1. I found consistency here. Personal training is the flavor that works best for me. I do 30 minute sessions 2x/week with Jarrod. 2. Healthy amount of defined space to take a mat, grab an exercise band or just do anything that doesn't require a machine or bench. 3. I occasionally grab a shake or caffeinated tea. They're all good and always available during normal hours (my gripe on other gyms). Realized I never wrote a review, so there it is (finally). Been at the personal training for about 2.5 years and really can't say that about anything else I've tried.”

“I’m so glad I took a risk and started learning to pole dance. I’m amazed by how strong I’ve gotten in a short amount of time, and all the instructors that I’ve had are great. They care about you doing the moves right and in a safe way for your body. They also have a good variety of classes and styles. And everyone is very friendly!! You should totally try it. “My wife has been going to Bootcamp classes at the Fitness Asylum for the past few years and I’ve watched her get into incredible shape. So I tried a free 7 day pass last September and I have been going ever since. It’s addicting! It’s a very well run program with great instructors. They have a variety of equipment and class formats. For me, I find the Bootcamp classes are a great blend of strength training and cardio. I still get to do my bench presses”

“I dropped in to try a class and knew minutes in I was going to join. The coaches are very knowledgeable and make sure you are executing the movements safely. From the warm up to the stretching to the WOD, everything aligns for the day.On top of a great workout, you'll find a supportive community. I've gone to a few time slots and the attitude is all the same, positive and inclusive.They are also one of a Crossfit gyms around that offer 5am classes. The gym is clean, there is enough equipment for everyone and on the happenstance you need to bring your kiddos, they're welcome too. So glad I found Crossfit Claddagh ?”
