“Happened on this place a few months ago, and glad I did. Outstanding variety, I especially enjoyed the bourbon and whiskey selection, one of the best I've seen. Friendly staff, even the very knowledgeable owner made himself available for help and questions. Plus, the price was right! What else is there to say? Only negative- it's not in my Hometown.”

I’ve visited there three times and each time I met a different employee who were knowledgeable helpful and eager to answer all my questions. They sell wine, beer,tobacco, lottery and even have a dinette and 4 chairs, if you want to sit & play Keno!”

“Someone Give Craig in the Whiskey Department a RaiseMy husband and I have become regulahs at our local Total Wine & More in Shrewsbury. Since we have a very selective taste in rare whiskey we’ve gotten to know the staff in the Whiskey Department pretty well. Time after time the Supervisor Craig has conversed with my husband and I about our whiskey journey, has made selections according to our taste and whenever he helps us he will always go out of his way to even check in the back for our favorites. We genuinely look forward to our biweekly trip to see if Craig is working and let him know about our last purchases. He exudes knowledge and confidence in the products he suggests and his customer service is Michelin five star quality. I truly think he deserves a huge raise for being such a valuable employee for Total Wine. You definitely wouldn’t want to lose such a beneficial leader.”

“Well, where do we start? Downtown Worcester has had a decreasing number of options for grocery shopping. This is true especially for those with limited budget. There is one good steadfast exception however, and that is Gala Foods. This is a nice little market that ticks many boxes. It's proximity to both Downtown as well as other peripheral neighborhoods. It's also very affordable and offers many options for a range of shoppers. The fresh food section is excellent and has options you won't find in those main stream stores that aren't so close by. This makes Gala a win for Worcester and it's diverse residents.”
