We were educated on Consumer Reports reviews, so that combined with the years of experience from the manager, we found the perfect mattress! Manager spent a lot of time educating us and letting us try options from their large selection. You spend a third of your life on a mattress so pick a winner! Had a factory defect in the delivered platform and they immediately replaced it. Great service. Prices were competitive. Could you find a slightly cheaper mattress online? Maybe. But given the service and the value of the assistance from the store in selecting, we are very pleased with the purchase. We're not one of those sleaze bags that go try in the store, then order online somewhere else.”

I would say that they're a bit more expensive than American stores for beds, but you are getting quality! I was in there for about thirty minutes and we were able to choose something, with delivery this weekend! (~3 days, since we ordered on Wednesday). I don't know who was the person that helped us but he was really friendly and helpful. They were supposed to close at 5:30 but he still let me and my mom come in at 6:15.”
