“My visit here was absolutely wonderful. Immediately I was greeted by the store manager David who within a few minutes of speaking with him, knew exactly what we were looking for. I have joint and back pain so finding a good mattress was essential. David took me around the store and made sure to give useful information but did not overwhelm me with too much. He was personable and made me feel like I was the most important customer. He made the dreaded “finding a new mattress” experience enjoyable. Luis knows mattresses and was great at listening to what we were looking for and helping us find a good match for our sleeping needs. “Good experience. Salesperson (sorry, forgot her name) knowledgeable, guided me to right purchase at a great sale price. Very personable, easy to work with. Helpful, welcoming phone calls with other salesperson prior to purchase too. First walk-in a couple of weeks earlier felt a little too pressured for me, but sale lured me back and all went well. $99 charge for getting mattress from front door to bed is too high (did it anyway), but that is only real complaint. Overall highly recommended.”
“We ordered three mattresses from Mattress Firm in Newton for our new vacation home in Vermont. The staff at the store were terrific, helping us to select the right mattresses for our needs, finding us the best prices and arranging to have them delivered directly to Vermont on the day after we moved. Jaylen and his delivery partner arrived when they promised and efficiently and quickly installed the new mattresses. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would give them top marks! “Had to return the bed I bought here in February from Dave B. Bed caused lower back pain. Dave was very helpful selecting a new bed & the return of the first bed. Only negative-The adjustable bed frame I wanted was not available-of course it was one of the least expensive options.”

“For the past year, I had my eyes set on a Tempur-Pedic mattress, but for some reason, I kept putting off the purchase. This past Saturday, I was at the Burlington Mall with my wife to start our early Christmas shopping. As we were leaving the mall, I spotted the Tempur-Pedic store and decided to go in and take a look. We were immediately greeted by Kris, a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. He took the time to listen to our needs and answer all of our questions. After trying out a few different beds, we decided to make the purchase. “Edit: we had a fantastic sales experience at this location, and they fixed a error with the delivery date, which was a huge relief to us and completely renewed our faith in their professionalism and our desire to go and shop there in the future!Prev review: We got a delivery and were all set up but the salesman made an error and our delivery got delayed because they forgot to add the bed cover. Very disappointing to have to change our plans to receive delivery due to store error. They need to do better.”
“We came to the store to see if we can find a good chair for our school age kid who spends a lot of time with homework. Jullian helped us to select a right size and told a little story about each model in the showroom which was amazing and quite entertaining:) There were some issues with the delivery and he helped to solve it in the most convenient for is way. “The best! Prices are somewhat competitive; you get what you pay for. Made in MA with quality parts. Great sales people (not gimmicky and pushy and no sales tax with nh delivery). Bought a mattress in the Salem store 10+ years ago. After multiple moves it still feels and looks like new. Significantly better longevity and real world comfort than my past mid grade (over $1,000 in the 90s and early 2000s) mattresses purchased from Jordan's. I highly recommend!”

It sounds from some earlier reviews like they had a bit of a rough patch logistically, but I'm happy to report that they just delivered my new sofabed ahead of schedule -- they quoted three months, and it was in my living room in just 68 days.The couch itself is wonderful, in large part because it's *not* a couch, or a futon, or a bed. It's shaped like a couch, convertible like a futon, and sturdily constructed like a bed.Khat is, as always, a delight to work with, and even arranged us an especially convenient delivery time outside normal business hours.”
“I'd been looking for a bed with my mom at American stores and was disappointed by their selections. But, I immediately liked many of the simplistic choices that Tang's offered. I would say that they're a bit more expensive than American stores for beds, but you are getting quality! I was in there for about thirty minutes and we were able to choose something, with delivery this weekend! (~3 days, since we ordered on Wednesday). I don't know who was the person that helped us but he was really friendly and helpful. They were supposed to close at 5:30 but he still let me and my mom come in at 6:15.”
