“I had a problem with a previous mortgage payment that I had made at another branch. The young lady I worked with this morning explained to me what had gone wrong and took care of the problem. She also explained a payment code to me so I could check my receipt the next time I made a payment. Just another great experience at this particular branch.”

The only things that I dislike is the charge for someone who I write a check for has to pay $15 to cash it (or $10 whatever it is, it’s wrong) and the charging to go below $100 in your account unless you pay $5.99 a month charge. That’s ridiculous. Besides those things, people are great and I miss Terry! Lol thx”
