I have slowly been putting together targeted marketing materials, something that I had only heard other people talking about but didn't imagine myself having the skills to implement. “This place is a God send! It's clean, organized, the volunteers don't make you feel weird or ashamed bc you need help. I have eaten there in the past and I was embarrassed bc I felt I shouldn't be there but I was starving. I ate with my hand over my face about to cry. An older woman came up to me and just put her hand on mine and squeezed it as if to say "It's ok, now eat!". I won't ever forget her. All the volunteers are awesome ☺️”

“Despite other reviews, I have never had a problem with pickup. Every month I go online to schedule a pickup, and the truck arrives as promised. It may be in the morning, or it may be later in the day. Either way is fine, and the pick up always goes smoothly. It's a great service!”

“Linda has uniquely done what 99% of the country's animals shelters have not, and that is established herself as a strickly No Kill facility. I have been rescuing cats and kittens for 40 years and have a friend who has done the same, and Denise has been our go to all these years. She takes them in all conditions, renders them professional veteranian care, doesn't break up pairs or sibblings. The people giving bad reviews are acting like they are experts, and the one dumping two cats giving a bad review, really!. People planning on adopting here should disregard the majority of the negative comments, as the more you read them carefully, you will find the flaws in them. Denise has saved thousands of dumped, discarded, lost, abused, and starving cats from a horrible death. My family will always be deeply indebted to them for the kindness they have shown our rescues.”

“Great thrift store. Have a large book selection and large bins of blankets/sheets/pillowcases etc which are great for fabric thrifting. As of Dec 2022 they still don't have the dressing rooms open due to covid. So you can't try anything on. Thats probably the only bad thing about this place. Staff are very nice and are willing to show/talk to you about the stuff behind the counter without feeling like you're putting them out :). They also have nice new card systems so you can tap to pay. Super convenient.”
