“The YMCA in Holyoke is absolutely the best gym! From the arrival to departure, the staff are just absolutely amazing! Every staff member at the front greets you with a smile and individually takes time to just make you feel welcomed with personal greetings and care. I take classes and Jess is one of the best instructors I've ever had. She cares about us and uses her knowledge and skills to ensure our form and technique are proper. She's built a friendly community within our class and we have such a blast. Lastly this gym is the cleanest gym around. The ladies that work endlessly ensuring the floors and space are clean and safe for us is truly appreciated. They also have smiles and such great personaliies. These ladies are nonstop and it shows with just how well the facility is taken care of. I highly recommend this gym.”

“Was a fun visit. The only thing thats negative was when we first walked into the entrance of the zoo the smell of urine and poop was very strong. Other than that its a good time.”

“Visited for the first time to take in a couple Rugby Matches, where Springfield played a Team from NH / VT and from Boston. So that was very cool. Excellent Staff. Very cool vibe and atmosphere. Awesome outside deck that overlooks the Rugby ? field. Seems like a Private Club, but they clearly welcome guests! I didn't try the Food, but it also looked good. Great Place!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Cambridge Credit Counseling, especially thanks to Brittni She guided me through the entire process with care and professionalism. Our call lasted over two hours, and she took the time to explain every detail, offer options, and follow up promptly. She was incredibly supportive and respectful of my situation. I highly recommend Cambridge, and Brittany is truly a five-star counselor!”

“The Linking Digital Advertising training that Kelly and Common Capital has offered is pure marketing gold. I have slowly been putting together targeted marketing materials, something that I had only heard other people talking about but didn't imagine myself having the skills to implement. Attending the course with knowledgeable instructors and subject matter experts that are encouraging and supportive has allowed me to actually produce content based on a customer avatar and deep analysis of needs. I am grateful for the opportunities that this training has provided. Thank you for offering this program and I look forward to other business offerings by Common Capital!”

“Times are extremely tough, even with SNAP benefits it's still the worst at the end of each month. I'm so thankful for the pantry. The amount of food provided helps get through the month.”

“I love this gym, but...

Im one of the only transgender women brave enough to work out there, and i just feel sad that when i try to do my lifts most times everyone leaves the room I'm in which is actually really scary when i try doing squats because if i fail ill get hurt with no one there to help me and that actually really limits my progress because i cant train as hard as i should to really develop.

It's not really anyones fault. it's just really weird.

It's like everyone is scared that I am there, and in this political climate, I dont blame them... and I honestly am scared of people generally, so i really dont know how to fix this other than just becoming even more brave and asking for help...

I wish it wasn't so scary right now.”

“They have great knowledgeable staff to help you learn how to use the adaptive equipment you can rent from them. Rented the Electric Velo Plus Wheelchair bike. The front platform tips down so a wheelchair can be moved onto it and buckled safely in place. This was an incredible way to get my wheelchair using family member out on the rail trails. They have a great rentals. Top notch service!”

“I think that litter boxes smell. I think that someone who gives up their home to saving cats is a hero. Rescues have rules to protect cats if you don't like following rules you should not adopt here. This is a volunteer run adoption center if you think the cats need better care you can help with any number of jobs available. Thanks to the hundreds of volunteers that keep this organization staffed with people who truly care enough for abandoned cats to act on it and not just complain about what is not being done.”

“Great thrift store. Have a large book selection and large bins of blankets/sheets/pillowcases etc which are great for fabric thrifting. As of Dec 2022 they still don't have the dressing rooms open due to covid. So you can't try anything on. Thats probably the only bad thing about this place. Staff are very nice and are willing to show/talk to you about the stuff behind the counter without feeling like you're putting them out :). They also have nice new card systems so you can tap to pay. Super convenient.”
