This is the fourth time this week I've been left waiting at the drive-thru window for over five minutes with no service, so I just keep driving off. The drive-thru service here is terrible! And no, it’s not because they were busy with customers inside—I could see them standing by the window, chatting with their coworkers instead of helping me. Garbage!

I’ve received good service from this pharmacy. Techs are usually friendly and willing to help. However, I must give them 3 out of 5 because lately when I call you now need to leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. Honestly, this is not good customer service. I understand the staff would want to stay as focused as possible in serving customers that are there; however, you are in the customer service industry (yes, medical is basically a service like any other). As such, it is expected people will want to reach out to you via phone call. Please reconsider assigning a staff member to be responsible for phone calls or invest in a call center that works for multiple local CVS. Perhaps a nice remote position for a college student studying something related to medical?

CVS in Chicopee. Everything under lock and key because of theft and the good customers have to pay the price! There is a cashier that has to do the job of getting out in front of the cash register to go open a case which can be across the store!
If CVS is going to continue this practice then hire a security person!

The people who work in the pharmacy are horribly unprofessional, completely lack conflict resolution skills, and will hang up on you instead of try and resolve an issue on their end even when it involves medication that is a dire necessity. I was just released from the hospital after giving birth to my daughter and tried to pick up 3 medications necessary for my recovery. The hospital sent the order in at 11 on Sunday, but CVS said it wasn’t there. Called the hospital and they said it was sent but will send it again, confirmed the address. CVS once again said it wasn’t there and that it wasn’t an error in their side of things. Did this two more times and was hung up multiple times when trying to resolve the issue. This took up the rest of my day and I never received my medication. Had to switch pharmacies. To say the least, they ruined my first day at home with my daughter and I’m never going to use CVS again. I would recommend everywhere but here. It’s absolutely dispicable how your pharmacy technicians treat your customers.

There is one employee named Holly that is extremely helpful. Most of the staff is good however, Holly goes above and beyond to assist me. I would take a million Holly's any day, she is extremely knowledgeable.

I love to shop at CVS! I always save between 30-80% depending which coupons I have. I've been shopping there since my oldest daughter (44 yo) was about 2. I get all my prescriptions there as well. A+

I have been using this pharmacy for at least 3 years, when I first started going here I had issues every week picking up my script. It’s not a medication I can’t go without this medication, my script gets filled and I need it filled, you’d think they would learn from the mistake and stop running out or have a better system for people that have been picking up the same script 1-2x a month for the last theee years….

I went to CVS drive thru this morning, trying to refill my peels ,i was talking to young girl about my peels, than some lady come next to her start yelling at me over the ?..gives me nasty attitude.. i was shock wahoo such a nice customer service..I'm going to change my pharmacy because of this lady..very rudeee....

I always have a good experience with this cvs, never had an issue and prescriptions are always ready, never had any bad attitudes or anything like that. They are always kind even when ever are obviously busy. If you think about how many medicines they have to take care of in a day and probably only have a few pharmacists to do it you’ll appreciate the work they do. Great cvs location in my opinion and I have used many cvs pharmacies in the state of Massachusetts. Keep up the excellent medical work over there. Thank you.

I like this cvs for convenience only. The store itself is awesome. The pharmacy is not. They tried saying that my medications had co-pays and that I have to pay full price! They wouldn't let me waive the fees either and I have the type of insurance that it's a law that they have to! So I moved all my prescriptions back to Walgreens where they had been for over 10 years! I moved them to CVS for convenience but it was so not worth it. I will drive the 15 minutes to get my prescriptions done correctly. Store=Awesome! Pharmacy=No knowledge of anything about prescriptions.
