East St cleaners treated with kindness and gentleness. The staff showed honesty by explaining when a suit could not be altered because it was too big. They did an excellent job removing stains, making five articles of clothing look brand new, and repaired a dress tear with an inconspicuous repair. They repaired a leather jacket, replacing pocket liners, restitching a zipper and seam in timely manner with good quality, except a bit costly.

I came in today with my son to get a suit tailored, the man treated us with kindness and gentleness. I also appreciate his honesty in letting us know that he couldn’t alter our suit since the suit was to big on my son. Thank you
