“I used East St cleaners for repairing my leather jacket. They replaced 2 pocket liners, restitched a zipper and a seam. The work was performed in a timely manner with good quality. Would have been a 5 start except I felt it was a bit costly.”

“The machine wouldn’t work when I first got there but I called the number they left and he was very helpful and made it right. I would definitely go back, it was very hot and the floor needed to be swept but other than that it was great!”
“I have used this cleaner twice, they we very helpful and thorough.The reason for 4 stars is for a couple of reasons:1. I brought in a jacket to relocate the buttons on the sleeves. There was an issue, and I was not told until I came in to pick it up. Had to wait another week. Need better communication.2. You have to pay cash for alterations. The cleaner should bill the client and pay their vendor the cash they are requesting?Other than above, I believe the prices and customer service are excellent.”
