Freedom Credit Union been a member for years, with every branches never had a problem. Customer urge give them a chance to turn issue around and be happy. They are knowledgeable, explaining process with wonderful customer service put mind at ease. They help with legal documents notarized, are terrific and help right away, much better then bank. Every time they are terrific and help me right away.
I was having issues with my bank, I called and spoke with Kelly . She was extremely knowledgeable in her job and explaining how things process. She had wonderful customer service and put my mind at ease.

I've stopped by to get legal documents notarized. I am not a customer @ this bank but every time they are terrific and help me right away. Much better then my bank (no names mentioned .....B of A) which requires an appointment next week.

I love Freedom Credit Union and have been doing all of my business with them for over 20 years. The staff is always kind and courteous and they have always gone out of their way to help me.
