Came in with my free government lifeline cell phone numbers account number and password and seemingly was able to port in and save my current cell phone number to a new cell phone brand new with a screen protector and a case for $130 including the first month's bill of unlimited streaming and uploading high speed internet and then took off the offer of the Samsung a9 plus 5G 11 inch tablet for $20 more on my monthly bill and only $15 additionally for commission and sales tax. I am currently very elated and satisfied with my purchase and service I highly recommend it to anyone!

Terrible location thee worst customer service I've ever had an this out of 15 years plus, I mean the the employees specifically, I e been scammed,.they've had poor attitudes an not jus one I mean I've dealt w 4 diff ppl an all should have an some if not all have either quit or.beem fired, I now drive to st. James ave. Stay away from chicopees exchange Street.

At first worked with Jasmine. Sold me an iPhone but told me nothing about how to use it. Tried to return it. Went there 12 days in a row. Was not return and I had to do it myself at home. Text me 45 minutes to return it through quick pay. She had call the cops after I had gotten from the grocery store with no groceries. Was in my car looking for my wallet. Told them I was stalking her and the cops followed me and gave me a no trespassing. She told them I threw a phone at her. I am 58 year old woman who was sickly with the shingles through this whole episode and not stupid enough to do that with video cameras pointed on me. Called to ask her how to pay for my 5G Wi-Fi that I had purchased. She got very testy and hung up on me. This girl gets angry easily. Has an issue with people on the other end of the phone she deals with because they don't speak English properly. Talks behind people's backs. She wants Commission and will try to sell you something you don't need. Personally, this is not the type of job that this girl should be in. Her mouth and her attitude gets her in trouble and she has no intention of listening to you. She only hears what she wants. She flies off the handle easily enough. I personally would not do business in the store ever again even if she was wasn't working there. My next step is to call Better Business Bureau on the store. Stay tuned I treated this girl with a respect and I did not get the same in return

Found what we were looking for after we went to 3 different stores. Jasmine was able to get us the phone and service we were looking for. Highly recommended.

A highly satisfied customer as usual! I have been doing business with the exchange street location for years and again today no disappointments. Jasmine Torres was amazing today and her way of being able to take care of me while handling her line of customers coming in was very impressive. She remained on track never once lost focus and never once did a line form or a customer wait to long. I was a customer performing multiple transactions and each one went smoothly! Thank you so much for your patience professionalism and kindness. My daughter is going to be super happy. Blessings

Shamel at Metro PCS in Chicopee was very helpful and friendly! I would recommend anybody to go to him for a phone!! I had to go to boost to get a pin but they convince me in staying but of bad customer experience at another Boost Mobile Store however Shamel would be the person to buy a phone from for sure and Metro PSC has good service

My husband and I went into this store to get our kids their first phones. We were looking for specific things for the phones to do and what they would be used for. HECTOR was so helpful! He definitely went above and beyond what our expectations were as far as knowledge about all of the phones. Especially the features that we were looking for. We were so happy and confident we got the best phones for our kids and we appreciate and would like to thank Hector for ALL of his help!
