One item failed for was brakes-which I truly didn’t think I needed brakes, and Guaranty Auto confirmed that. They could have easily said I needed brakes and charged me for those. There is a credit processing fee if you do not pay cash, but it is minimal (something like 3%, which is what credit card companies charge him to accept the card in the first place) and every other place is doing that too, just not telling you (and pocketing the extra if you pay cash!), so his honesty is welcome.”

“Excellent mechanic work mostly does contract fill ups but I have gotten gas there and the attendant was very attentive and polite offer to check my fluids and such. Their prices are a little higher than others but I figure that's because they have so many charge accounts and they should charge those people more because they're getting the goods on credit. The owner there's a hell of a guy”

“Good Gas at good price on the day I went. Was going to buy oil but it was a bit pricey. Expected at a gas station. The person working was friendly and answered both of my questions.”
“In the past, I was able to drop off used auto parts in a pile right outside the garage bays. Today, I walked in and one employee greeted me and whistled to another employee to assist me. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody approached me. I was about to leave and they waved me back. The owner came over and stated that they can take my used parts but don’t have a scale to weigh anything and pay me. I let them know I didn’t expect payment. I just wanted to recycle the parts.”

“I had the pleasure of getting my car (Subaru Forester) fixed by Mateus and his crew.
Mateus is a honest & hard-working; and he reflects that in his business.
He took videos and personally showed me down in the garage bay, what the issues were and what needed to be replaced with my car (wheel bearing, brakes, and control arms).
The prices were reasonable for parts and he is honest about what needs to be fixed or what could be saved for a later time.
Mateus was even nice enough to drive me back home after having to leave my car overnight at his garage for morning repairs.
I would highly recommend his auto repair shop as he is very helpful, him & his crew work hard for a quick turn around with repairs, and has integrity as a business owner.
That is rare now-a-days for other businesses.
