“I went into the store yesterday and instantly I noticed how it was super clean! As a customer , that’s one thing I love. As soon as I walked in Matt greeted me and asked right away if I needed help. I was really there just browsing but I ended up getting sold on a cleaner because the plastics in my engine bay were dirty. He showed me to a chemical guys product. But before that he went outside with me to look under my hood ( NO ONE has ever done that! I’ve never seen anyone just come out and do that! )…
I asked him what he would use and he walked me through a whole process that was really simple. While outside he noticed my headlight housings were yellow and asked me if I had a hard time seeing at night and I said yes. He said “ hold on I’ll be right back “ and ran into the store. He came back out and demonstrated a product he uses to clean headlights on one of my headlight housings. When he was finished ( in about two minutes ) the headlight look brand new . When he was finished, I asked him what the product was and he showed me and then said “ screw it I’m just going to do the other one for you “. When I tell you this guy went above and beyond, he went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND! my headlights look brand new and he also showed me the same product also takes minor scratches out of the paint. I immediately followed him back inside and bought what he showed me which was called McGuire rubbing compound.
He offered to test my battery but I declined because I had just replaced it not that long ago. Someone give these guys at this location a raise!!. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to come here instead of Autozone!, the customer service is off the charts!!. Thank you!!!”

“I came in yesterday with my boyfriend and his Prius hoping to get the AC fixed. Bob S. saw us looking at the refrigerant and just offered to help, walked out to the car with us, helped us figure out what product we needed, and talked us through using it. He rung us up inside and shook both our hands, and we had working AC ten minutes later! “In the past, I was able to drop off used auto parts in a pile right outside the garage bays. Today, I walked in and one employee greeted me and whistled to another employee to assist me. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody approached me. I was about to leave and they waved me back. The owner came over and stated that they can take my used parts but don’t have a scale to weigh anything and pay me. I let them know I didn’t expect payment. I just wanted to recycle the parts.”
