“I’ve been coming here since my kids were small. It’s always bright and clean. Today my child was in the hospital and I stopped by to buy a coffee and markers before they closed. The woman at the checkout was so warm and friendly, her kindness really meant a lot to me in that moment. This may be a chain but it’s always been our neighborhood bookstore.”
“Called on Monday morning looking for a specific firefighter-related textbook, FSB Books was literally the only store in the state I could find that carried it, and they immediately told me it was available. I drove to come get it (hour and a half away) and arrived around noon. The staff was great— got me the book and chatted with me for a bit before I got back on the road! Beautiful little store for first responders/fire/police. Wish I could have stayed longer but definitely has all kinds of good stuff!”
“Will always miss them in Worcester but still worth the drive down Rt9. Awesome selection of books, great gift ideas, nice little cafe to enjoy. They can run a little pricey on stuff when compared to online shopping but it's not unreasonable and I think it's important and worth supporting such businesses as I'm able. Always friendly staff in good moods and it's refreshing to visit someplace so clean, bright, and welcoming.”
