“I’ve been getting oil changes and car washes here for a long time! Good turn around with wait times for the oil changes. They take their time to explain the services, answer questions, and they always double check your input for any suggested add-on services. They have always been kind and respectful. Love the free vacuums for the car washes and enjoy that it’s a towel dry at the end of it. Definitely would recommend for quality work and prices!”
“The guys that work at the Shrewsbury location are great guys but your car wash ……I have a little dirt behind each one of the wheels of my car and I’ve been through your car wash 6 times tipping the attendants each time but the dirt is still on my car
I pay 50 bucks a month to have a CLEAN car and I shouldn’t have to tip the attendants to get them to spray down the whole car ! And they should bend over and spray the dirt from behind my tires and shouldn’t one of the brushes actually touch that part of my car ?

“Great service! They start with spraying the vehicle down and scrubbing the areas that might get missed by the wash. The wash does a good job. It's quick, easy, and never a problem going through. They offer free towel set with the wash, but I like to toss them a couple bucks for their efforts! Reasonable for the price.”
“Came with major body damage. Turnpike Autobody was fast and reliable. They knew I was paying out of pocket for my car rental and even though they are busy, they had my car to me earlier than expected to reduce costs for me. Duong and David are great and would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.”

“Love this car wash almost every time I go it's never super crowded they even upped to a newer car wash that's not very expensive for what you get and it does a really good job on my boys pick up truck Chevy 2500 diesel we call it the dirty Max.... “"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”
“Is a good car wash, but they need to clean it better, in the floor near the vacuum are a lot of screws. The last time I washed and vacuumed my car, I had a flat tire.I saw few screws again.”

He was so kind, took extra time to try and buff out the scratch a little, and even popped the bumper back in place so I didn’t run into further issues. I really appreciated the extra detail and care! “Best car wash ever! I'm not sure that I'm exaggerating. I love keeping my car clean. I usually hand wash and wax, but if I do use an automatic car wash, I go out of the way to use this one. It is touchless and has excellent pressure. It has everything you expect and then some. Things like double wash, with a presoak. One of my favorite features is the double air dry. It uses the wash mechanism first and then an overhead as you exit. That guarantees a spotless finish!”
“I’ve always had great service at big Steve’s! The staff is always friendly and the price is right. Is the wash perfect? No. But definitely close. The only time you’re going to get a perfect wash is if you wash it at home or pay for a detail. I’ve yet to find a car wash that is perfect. And most are way more expensive for the same service.”

“I like that it is automated and you can use it later at night. I think that a touch less was can be good to minimize scratches, but it only removes 90-95% of the insects and dirt. Seeing that, I regretted adding sealant because now I feel that that dirt and grime is bound to my car.”
