Today Preeti Patnaik was denied her blood pressure medication because - allegedly one month back she was given 90 days supply. But per the bottle and label, it shows a 30 days supply. She needs the meds, else will most certainly have a medical episode of sorts if she does not take them. While the person at the pharmacy was kind enough to help with refilling it with a bit of discount card-she had to pay for this. This is so unfair and utterly ridiculous- how is this any different than a mafia land ?!!! I put this on our Bolton two FB community page. Guess what - at least three more from our town described their horror stories. Way worse than ours. Here’s to the medical systems and CVS !

Don't deal with this pharmacy. Totally unprofessional. The lady threw a mini fit over ringing up 2 Gatorades. Then wouldn't even give me a bag. Sad & pathetic!! I'm so glad I don't live in this town. ??

Went to drop off my Amazon return. Person told me they are no longer accepting Amazon returns, even this being an UPS return. They have the freedom, as per UPS to accept or not certain returns. I have also changed pharmacy since I had a horrible incident with the pharmacist years ago. They should close this CVS store.

I made an appointment online for the minute clinic . I drive there this morning only too they've been closed for 6 months grrrr, remove it from your website. DONT LET PEOPLE MAKE APPOINTMENT S !!

Pharmacist had a mental breakdown and closed the pharmacy early because the customer in front of me had an issue with their prescription. She closed the metal gates and yelled, "Come back tomorrow!" Waited 30min and still wasn't able to get my medicine that was ready. Unbelievable. Avoid this location... They're just terrible.

My fiance and I were at the pharmacy tonight and the woman at the drive through, Dixie, was what customer service is all about. Incredibly polite and she is what every place needs!! We spoke to someone over the phone prior who was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on us. Thank you Dixie for your amazing customer service!!!!

I came here to leave a bad review for these clowns, and I see everyone beat me to the punch.
Made an appointment for vaccines before traveling. When I arrived the place was mobbed. no prospect of talking to a human. The appointment check in kiosk had no record of my appointment. Came back a few days later and was brusquely told to make an appointment, something they apparently could not or would not do on the spot.
Terrible service. Avoid.
