Pharmacist had a mental breakdown and closed the pharmacy early because the customer in front of me had an issue with their prescription. She closed the metal gates and yelled, "Come back tomorrow!" Waited 30min and still wasn't able to get my medicine that was ready. Unbelievable. Avoid this location... They're just terrible.

My fiance and I were at the pharmacy tonight and the woman at the drive through, Dixie, was what customer service is all about. Incredibly polite and she is what every place needs!! We spoke to someone over the phone prior who was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on us. Thank you Dixie for your amazing customer service!!!!

They have poor choices of brands. The cvs brand is not good, very cheap I’ve found!Selection of greeting cards is terrible. Rite Aid has ample selection!You’re much better off visiting Rite Aid which is nearby on the same street. One unique thing about Rite Aud is that they have magnifying glasses on aisles to you can read the fine print! This is extremely helpful! No other drugstore does this!Forget cvs and go to Rite Aid!

Another update! If you would like your life saving medications held hostage by people who do not care e if you die, shop here! Updated review. Still one star. If zero stars were an option, I'd choose that. The pharmacy is now routinely closed or so understaffed that there are no less than 12-18 people standing in line for their MEDICINE THAT THEY NEED. Obviously this is not the fault of the people working in the pharmacy. Something is rotten at the top it seems. I have decided to switch to Walgreens, and I would urge everyone to do the same.

I have given this company so may chances and still they do NOTHING! every single month I get the same script and every single month they cannot produce the medication. I tried calling spoke with two pharmacists (so unprofessional both of them) I was told that they were too busy to help me! I work in health care and if I ever said to a patient I cannot give you your medication and sorry I can't help you find it because I don't have time, I would be fired. My other favorite is after a long day of work standing in the line to get scripts at least a 30 minute wait if not longer every time. The window is still "broken" for pick ups. I have seen the pharmacist eating while working at her station and also was too busy playing with her small child while we were all in line watching her. I have asked numerous times to speak with someone and I am always told that there is nobody to talk to. This company is the worst and I HATE that my insurance is tied to using this pharmacy when it's so useless to me and our community as a large. Something should be done to fix this.

They’re honestly SO rude. It’s unbelievable they let people work at CVS pharmacy like this. Its every single worker at the pharmacy not just one. The kept hanging up on the Doctor who was calling from Emergency Vet to place my prescription. I will be reaching out to corporate, I don’t believe this is fair treatment, would love to know is CVS condones this behavior. Had to reach out to a CVS 20 minutes from my house because this location wasn’t cooperating.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. They never have the drive-through window open and are terrible at communication. I’ve had them fill prescriptions at the wrong times and neglect to tell me when their computer system isn’t working right so the prescription never went through anyway. The workers have been rude and whoever is the manager of the Clinton location should be replaced.

Worst pharmacy ever. I'm new to the area and wanted to stay with CVS which is what brought me here. First prescription I had filled, I needed to change my ins. as I had just went to medicare, but pharmacy person said just to go with this as it appeared I had coverage from previous ins. (?) Still don't understand that one, but my feeling is that she didn't want to deal with inputting new info. Back again to pick up antibiotic, very contagious and feeling very poorly. Drive-up window closed (again). I had tried to call them ahead of time but they do not answer the phone. So a sick person is expected to come into the store, meanwhile with a long line that is barely moving. I complained, was told I don't have to go there and started talking to someone else. Going to Rite Aid, nice staff there. This pharmacy and it's unprofessional staff is doing a great job at bringing down the credibility of CVS.

I am giving five stars to Stacey who went above and beyond to help me and many others in the store. She multi-tasked like a champ assisting a family at the photo center then coming to help me at the coupon kiosk, then going back to the photo center. During checkout she helped me find and use the correct coupons. She truly has great customer service skills.

On hold for the pharmacy for 43 min and 22 seconds before I hung up. I called the front store asking about it. The person who picked up: "I don't think the pharmacy is open" "I think they closed at 5 because the pharmacist had to leave"I asked him to go check.He said "I think they are closing now, I really don't know what they are doing back there (small laugh).Are you serious? Awful customer service. I understand they are short staffed but this is unacceptable. To laugh at someone trying to get a medication.

First I called an waited 30 minutes on hold with no answer. So I decided to go into the pharmacy.Went to pick a prescription. The manager Mike I believe was his name attended us. Our prescription was having an insurance issue we were told, so we said that we would pay out of pocket. He said we could not, so we asked if they call insurance companies and he said no. Which is not true because they have called my insurance company before. So we then proceed to tell him that we were disappointed in the service and he told us he did not care that he had a line. And gave us his name and told us to call the cooperate office. He told us not to come back and when we said we would, obviously come back to pick up our prescription. He proceed to scream at us “Is that a threat” “Is this a threat” and ran behind us with his camera recording us. And told us to get out of his store! That we could not come back! Not very good customer service! I realize everywhere you go everyone is short staffed but we were not expecting to be treated that way especially by the manager! If you can get your scripts somewhere else you should. We always have a problem at this CVS Pharmacy.

There are serious problems happening with the pharmacy, and not just one time things - these issues have been present every single time I have gone in in the past year and a half. Nobody answers their phone in the pharmacy. It is not uncommon at all to wait in line over 30 minutes to pick up a script. At best, the staff is unpleasant and annoyed, and act like you’re bothering them when you ask questions. Will be switching for sure.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Good luck getting your prescription. It is never ready when they say it will be. The line is typically a half hour to be told to come back an hour later because it is not ready. The whole time listening to the pharmacy techs joking around in the back.
