“A discount store, (not, $1.00), but still a good store to get discount merchandise. All sorts of snacks, cosmetics, cold meds, phone chargers and cases, all great deals. Many home goods, small decorative pieces, and seasonal items as well.”
“I preferred the store design prior to this new one. The layout is strange and it doesn’t seem organized correctly. It is a typical 5 & Below, although the name is quite pointless as they have many items that are $5 and above! Everything is self checkout, which I personally prefer. Located in a large plaza with a Michael’s, Barnes & Noble, Paper Store, Petco, famous footwear, TJ Max, Ocean State, Party City and other stores. I’m just not a huge fan of this place. Many items they sell can be found at the dollar store for far less.The one pro to this place is the selection of candy. You can find candy from years past and large cardboard rolled of candy. Great for stocking stuffers. Kids love this place, that’s mainly why I’ve gone.”
“Ocean state is the best. It has the most random selection of cool stuff that you can't get anywhere else this time of year. Where else can you get Body Glove flip-flops in September in Massachusetts, especially in the same card with imported Italian capers, bird seed, fake eyelashes and a couple of new bags of tulip bulbs”
“Love to spend time here as it has so many little decorations, return gifts, beautiful gift boxes, lot of stationary n craft material and of course so many other things which are required at home. I always enjoy this place.”

“Lot of stuff at store. Certain things were a first timer .. like dumbells, weights upto 8lbs, playdoh, masks (for never thought about areas?), some decent pajamas etc.”
“For those of us who remember Spag's, I really do feel like OSJL is it's spiritual successor. For those not familiar with the well-loved Shrewsbury store: it was a wonderful mix of chaos and genuinely good deals. OSJL is a bit more organized and predictable of course, but you still always find something new there, and still some chaos. Like the random box of limes out for sale next to the bird seed, or the Indonesian Windex we bought labeled "Pembersih Kaca Wangi" lol.”
“My husband and I were first time visitors to Central Flag today. A good friend of mine had recommended this great shop many moons ago. As soon as we stepped through the door we were received with a warm greeting! The proprietor (Sharon) was extremely helpful, and so very kind.”
“Lots of items, ready for Christmas. There needs to be a better stock selection of cards for all occasions, and more employees to run the cash registers. I waited in line over 10 minutes because only one person had one register open. There were a couple of other employees milling around the store and one outside smoking”
“I love this place!!!! Samantha and Shane are both very very good workers!!! Samantha is blonde beautiful and bubbly with a contagious smile and Shane is very kind sweetheart with a contagious smile as well. They always make sure I have everything I need and even hold the door open for me if we walk in at the same time. They even ask how I am when I see them . It feels like I'm seeing family when I go in there. Highly recommended ????”
“THIS REVIEW IS FOR ONE EMPLOYEE NAMED NICK!So this location is closing, and everything must go. My family and I were there tonight to take advantage of the huge sale. The store was packed! The checkout lines were so long, they wrapped around and down the isles.While waiting in line, we heard some commotion from the registers. Not one, but two of the three employees quit and walked out on the spot! One employee remained; a young man named Nick. This young man stayed and continued running the one register. There were no other employees in the entire store, not even a manager.Nick, you did an amazing job. You should definitely be so proud of yourself!”
“Like the old saying goes. You get what you pay for and the LED lamps were worth the dollar I paid for each one of them. They've lasted now 5 years and still working great. They are also very durable and stylish. Guess the old saying is wrong in this case. They're worth the dollar & more. I certainly got more than what I paid for in these lamps.”
“While I’ve been at this location a numbers of times and have always enjoyed nice employees, I had to write this review with one star withheld for the lack of bagging knowledge on the part of the cashier. It wasn’t until after I left the store and got to my car did I notice that my bag was packed with the chips on the bottom and all my deserts cups (pudding, fruit, jello, etc. was packed on top of my chips. Cashiers should be a little more trained than to put heavy items on top of a light & breakable item. So, I withheld the one star for that.”
“Even with the increase of all items to $1.25, Dollar Tree still brings in great values and unique merchandise. The seasonal items are better than last year and the craft supply options are very broad and help add a special flair to any gift. There are so many things to keep little children busy and creative it would be hard to list them all. Snacks and fresh baked goods at great prices too. Always find something new and fun at Dollar Tree!”
“The lady at the check- out was super nice & friendly. This store had a large selection of everything. It's no - longer a dollar on everything. There a few things a dollar in the store, like candy ? bars. 50 cents for Hallmark Greeting cards & $1.00 Hallmark Greeting cards, Thank goodness ? they still have those essential items, uf they got rid - off them ,then truly you'd can't call it a dollar store. Nice clean , bright store. Its fairly a brand new Dollar Tree ?, it was formally a( Party City) which went out of Business a few years pior ro Covid-19 ? happening. The had a (Yoohoo in a Glass bottles) I got 2.”

My daughter asked me to pick something something she ordered online.I had never been in here before so after doing the pickup I ended up buying five different items for myself that were a steel. The person that waited on me was very friendly and courteous. I'll definitely be back”
“I have used the dollar tree store in Highland Commons for delivery of online purchases and shopped in store as well. On 11/5 I needed multiple gift cards , 50 total, to be used as prizes for a decorating contest, we ordered 4 cases of DT pumpkins. I told the store associate, Dillon(sorry if I am not spelling your name correctly). Dillon didn't bat an eye. Took me up front,rang in each card one by one, stacked the receipts and cards neatly. Dillon was pleasant during the entire transaction even apologized for having to ring them up one at a time. I just want DT to know what a gem you have. Thanks to Aura as well for ringing the other customers up while Dillon was helping me. I only wish I could show you pictures of the Happy prizes winners. Thanks again!”
“I have never been to this store before, so I was totally surprised at the huge selection of money saving items they have. I spent way more time than I wanted to; as I had only planned to buy 1 or 2 items, and I ended up buying around 15. It was a blast; I'll definitely be back.”
