“They're in the same building as my doctor so I've been using them for 15 years & never had a problem. The phlebotomists are capable, hard working people providing a valuable service well. I get that the check in kiosk takes time & confuses some people, but that's how the world works these days. I don't know how much help the staff provides in that regard but I do know it's often a very busy place with a full waiting room & multiple phlebotomists working flat out. So if you get any hand holding rejoice!”

“Easy peasy lemon squeezy! I'm from out of state but needed labs drawn. This was close to where I was so I booked an appointment in advance. I arrive ten minutes early and checked in using the kiosk outside- which was SOOOO easy and cool how it read the ID and insurance cards. The employee popped out shortly after, and brought me inside the room, where he took the lab slip and filled out the stuff and took payment. He drew blood easy and painless and because I'm an extra bleeder, gave some extra taping. It was a STAT order so he said I should have it in a couple hours. I was out of the room 5 minutes after my appointment.”
“Check in process was easy with a kiosk option and a SMS text option. Staff was friendly and professional. Would have liked an in-person summary for patients of what's actually being done during the visit. Quest processes a lot of orders for physicals and may not realize an individual patient may not know what to expect because we don't actually see the order from the insurance company or wherever. Waiting area shared with other medical practices and feels a bit crowded and chaotic. Still, overall good experience and I prefer this location to other Quest locations I've used in the past.”
“This location at 200 Forest St, Marlborough, MA 01752 is a corporate office and regional diagnostic laboratory.Please stop coming to this location looking to provide specimens of any type for clinical diagnostic testing as there is no patient service center ( drawing station ) here.Part of the facility is administrative offices along with shipping/receiving and there is no public access.”
“love the place. Just trying to book on line seems impossible! I have walked in several times and had the DRs ordered test done. but 26 Julio drive has no way to pick a date or time, nonmatter what date I pick!”

“This was my 2nd time at this location and I am pleased to find my experience just as wonderful my 2nd time as my 1st. I scheduled an appointment but I ran late because of traffic. My phlebotomist was warm and pleasant even though I was late and she was clearly busy. My blood draw was great. Normally, it takes a whole staff to take a took and have a poke but the woman today got me 1st try !! Amazing!”
“Very efficient and friendly staff. Make an online appointment and I've been in and out within 10 minutes every time and I have blood work every other week thanks to hemochromatosis (iron level).”
