“I’ve rented two large trucks in the last week and both times was helped out by Natalie the general manager. She was very friendly, very helpful, down to earth, and made returning the truck after hours very simple and helped me avoid all fees. One time I made a reservation at the wrong U-Haul since there are two in town, and she very quickly changed my reservation and made a new one for me to get me on my way. She was patient with explaining the details of the contract and I would recommend this U-Haul in the future to others.”

Because when things go good and smooth without any complaints, then why ruin it.
