“I went to this Uhaul location during one of the busiest weeks of the year (college move in week). I didn't have a prior reservation and I needed to rent a 15'-17' truck for 2 days. When I got there the line was out the door and after 20 minutes of waiting I was helped by Brad Harasimowicz. I informed him of my situation and sadly there were no trucks available for 2 days, the only available options were for a matter of hours. Brad kindly accommodated us with a truck and a storage unit to hold my stuff for the 2 days without a Uhaul truck. He also swapped out the truck that was originally given to us for one that was newer/nicer. It was overall great service given I was in a very last minute sticky situation.”
