Went to branch to close my account. Was told I need to make an appointment to do that, wait in the lobby someone will help me make an appointment to come back TOMORROW. BOA is the ABSOLUTE WORST for customer service and I cannot wait to close my account with them FOREVER.

Free checking turned into a $25.00.service charge last month,put my debit card on Facebook without my permission,close walk-in service at a moment’s notice,who is running this bank? Glad I have gone elsewhere. On a scale of 1 star to 5 stars, it’s worthy of a minus 5!
