Bank of America sponsoring Boston Marathon! I smell a "rat"! Have Americans forgotten that after January 6th 2021,Bank of America checked everyone who had a Bank of America credit card or debit card and was staying in the Washington DC,Delaware,New Jersey and any other state that was nearby the Capital! What is wrong with the USA? I did forget that my ex husband moved me and my 2 small children to Torrance,CA in 1969. Was that the main headquarter? California of all places!

Went to branch to close my account. Was told I need to make an appointment to do that, wait in the lobby someone will help me make an appointment to come back TOMORROW. BOA is the ABSOLUTE WORST for customer service and I cannot wait to close my account with them FOREVER.

Free checking turned into a $25.00.service charge last month,put my debit card on Facebook without my permission,close walk-in service at a moment’s notice,who is running this bank? Glad I have gone elsewhere. On a scale of 1 star to 5 stars, it’s worthy of a minus 5!
