The staff here are generally friendly and helpful, making banking a little less daunting. However, the wait times can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a decent place for banking needs, but some improvements would be appreciated.

Waited 25 minutes to make a routine company deposit, teller told me I needed a pre-printed company deposit slip to make the deposit. Incorrect and surprising that she could not grasp common sense.
