The hotel was dated which is fine. However it certainly was “run down”.
The staff was friendly, however before you book, look at the other more recent (10/2025) reviews for pictures.

Lots of bad smells, uncomfortable bed and pillows, and small towels. It had the minimum- a place to shower and sleep with nice staff. Couldn’t recommend it.

Nice place, I found it convenient for my time in the Boston area, a plus was the complimentary breakfast, very good!!
