“I started staying here 20 yrs ago. I love the history, the beauty and the food. Their restaurants are fantastic. I love the old historic rooms. They upgraded them within the last couple decades (much to my dismay) but they are still wonderful. I always make sure to stay in the historical part of the inn but all of it is lovely. Walking distance to all the amazing museums, cemeteries, minuteman trail and restaurants. The staff are always lovely. I still get excited to come back and visit.”

“This hotel has always been amazing. I’ve been throwing my company party here every year, and as always, Krystie and her event staff go above and beyond to make it all happen! I also love staying here because their rooms are top notch.”

“Didn't stay at the inn. Met for dinner who were in town for a wedding. Nice building, updated yet traditional New England. Food was good, service was good. Would recommend to visitors.”

“Outstanding two week stay. Christina and Dareleen literally make you feel like family. They are so kind and customer service oriented. Don't be fooled by the underwhelming lobby--the rooms are large and clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Heads up that the drive into and out of Boston during high traffic times can take almost 2 hours. We were in naïve thinking that it would take less; but that's on us. Great, safe place to stay with a lot of shopping in the surrounding area”

“Stayed one night and it seemed like a clean hotel. Room was ok size , it had a fridge and a decent size tv. Bed was firm,pillows were so-so. The toilet was weirdly positioned. Shower head was low for me and water pressure wasn't great. Walls seemed thin you could hear doors slam from rooms near us. Continental breakfast was ok eggs were watery and no bacon just sausage. Cinnamon rolls were really good.
I would probably stay again because it was a pretty good price.”

“Our team stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Boston Waltham while working the Rare Hope Conference, providing clinical research support, biosample collections, and specimen donation services. Overall, our stay was decent, and the location worked well for our business trip.

Check-in was a little disappointing, as there was no one at the front desk when our team arrived. Thankfully, the Marriott Mobile Key made it easy to access our rooms without any delay.

The room itself was comfortable enough, but the bathroom could use some updates. The towels didn’t feel as fresh or as clean and bright white as expected, and while this is a personal preference, a glass shower door would have been a nicer touch than the traditional shower curtain.

The biggest drawback was the beds. I woke up with significant back pain, and two other members of our team experienced the same discomfort after sleeping there.

We also tried The Bistro and were disappointed. The food was overpriced for what was served. My salad was very basic, and they didn’t offer cheese or onions, explaining that onions aren’t used there. I was even offered chives as a substitute, which wasn’t what I was looking for.

Overall, we’d consider staying here again because the location was convenient for our conference, but we’d skip dining at the Bistro and hope for improvements to the bedding and bathroom amenities.”

“I love this hotel. The staff is fantastic, the building is clean, and the parking lot is large. We spent 2 weeks driving from Maine to Washington DC with a few nights spent here, and this hotel staff was tied for the best of all 6 hotels we visited. My son has disabilities and struggles to walk sometimes, and he tripped outside the hotel and skinned his knee pretty bad. The staff came out to see if he was okay and later brought him some candy to cheer him up. They also texted me during our stay to ask how everything was and if they could offer anything. Great people, great location.”

“Was a nice stay. Only one manager works at Crescent Suites Hotel other than cleaning staff. Was not a problem. They don't offer breakfast even it advertised. They stopped during COVID.”

“It's ok. Kind of on weird area with hotels and a few soul-less restaurants for the tons of hotel guests and not much else. Know they're going to try and stick you up for $20 overnight parking whether or not you drive here. It is like 2 blocks to 95, which is convenient. I do not agree with this being characterized as 4 star more like 2.5/3. The main room is nice, but the bathroom had of dated/worn look with a rust spot around the tub drain where the enamel finish had flaked off of the metal part of the tub. The room gives Marriott. The bathroom gives Motel 6. Like a built upper body and skinny legs, just didn't match. Bogus that their vending machines don't take cards. But for the pricepoint. I'd stay here again. The room was clean.

I say just work parking into the room price. I personally cannot stand being nickel and dimed...it just seems sleazy...that always makes me feel like slapping somebody--which means it feels like disrespect. Just charge the price you need to make enough money in the room price.”

“Due to a snowstorm last night, we had to book this hotel at the last minute, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The two staff members, Abzaham and Orkhan, we met were incredibly kind and helpful, making an already stressful situation much easier for us. They even went out of their way to upgrade our room, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out, and we are very grateful for their hospitality.”

“Good hotel overall. Negatives: lukewarm shower, breakfast composed of industrial prepackaged food, only good thing was fresh fruit offered and yogurt. Positive: clean, modern, helpful staff, 24 hrs coffee available”

“The desk staff here are amazing and so helpful! (They get 5 stars). I was originally put in room 210, and at 11 pm apparently they start doing night laundry and all you can hear and feel is the spin cycle on the commercial washers shaking the room! The gentleman working the front desk immediately found me another room on the 3rd floor and helped me move....he was so helpful! But you shouldn't have to move rooms at midnight. Otherwise, very cute colonial type inn, huge rooms with sitting area and 2 tvs. Didn't have time to try the breakfast. Easy parking on any side of the building. The room and bathroom were very clean, but disappointed the used towels weren't changed out during the day! Stayed two nights.”

“A beautiful hotel and great staff. Convenient location for restaurants and shopping. However, extremely close to the interstate. Ask someone who travels every week for work, I would recommend not taking an even numbered room as it directly faces the interstate. I was awakened at 415am and it was impossible to continue sleeping afterwards.”

“We've stayed here on several occasions. We love the 2 bedroom suites and the breakfast selections. We have family nearby and it makes for a excellent rendezvous place.”

“This hotel is a great value! The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great. We did not experience elevator noise mentioned in other reviews, like at all. We came into town to see a game at Fenway. The game was rained out and postponed to the next day. The hotel held our luggage after we checked out for no fee. The hotel is a 15 minute drive to the Riverside T Station Parking lot.”

“Very affordable and good location. Right off the highway but rural enough for a quiet stay. The rooms are very clean! They also have a nice fire pit with picnic tables! I highly recommend the Minutman Inn!”

“The hotel needs some upgrades but it is clean and quiet. The mattress wasnt the most comfortable, but fine for the few nights that I was there. The restaurant and pool are closed permanently but the included breakfast has many great options and the staff were lovely.”

“The lobby of this hotel's been completely redone and it is literally five star. There's a pool table, fireplace, saltwater pool and fitness center. Highly recommended if you like staying in the aloft style hotels. Nihil was great at the front desk and helped me with all my questions. Staff overall is very nice!”

“For the rating of the hotel it is and the rate you pay it is a great value hotel. There’s a nice water and lemon water fountain at the entrance. If you do have older folks ask the front to place you in a room near the elevator!”

“The truth is, I wanted to give five stars in every category because I just came back from a hospital and rehab after recovering from spinal cord surgery. While I was there, this hotel was where my girlfriend and fiancé, Lisa, stayed.

She said they were extremely nice to her, and I'm really grateful to the hotel for treating her fairly and giving her such great service. It is close to her work, affordable, amazingly clean, and amazingly well-kept and well-run.

It's probably an underutilized hotel in the greater Boston area. They have rooms here for weddings and everything; I can't think of anybody who would be disappointed staying in one of these rooms for the price this hotel has.

It’s been a pleasure, and hopefully we're going to stay here for a little longer. I just wanted to say what a good place it was, and everybody who reads this should come here if they're going to be staying in the area and need hotel services.

“I would like to personally thank assistant general manager Hilary Mborja for everything she did to make our stay most memorable. She is truly heaven sent! February 14th is my wife's birthday, and our stay was great! The Governor' Suite was more than we could have hoped for. It is 1200 sq ft of pure luxury! With a separate tub, shower and water closet - there was more than enough space for the both of us to be in the bathroom at the same time. The French doors that lead into the bedroom made it fit for both king & queen. The exceptionally beautiful front room/living space combination was large enough to host a party! With two separate TVs, we could both watch what we wanted at the same time! ? I look forwarded to visiting again real soon. Thank you so much Hilary! May God continue to bless you! ?”
