I had a tire damaged and needed to be replaced and I happened to have a brand new tire that was a previous spare. They did the mounting and balancing at no charge”

Brian was so kind and said he would do his best to get me in around the scheduled appointments for the morning. Every employee I ran into was smiling and kind, the waiting area was comfortable enough, and it cost me less than $10. One of the most pleasant and efficient experiences I have ever had at a Town Fair!”

“Ironically I didn't have any work done, but am extremely impressed with their honesty and integrity. My Audi dealer said that I had a leaking hydraulic motor mount. Jarmo's estimate was half of what Audi quoted me, so I brought my car in. I got a call shortly thereafter telling me that it was perfectly fine and didn't need replaced, and that I could pick it up. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles there for any future service!”

“I wanted to start with how great full for this place.We Took a car to Rick we had a problem with a 2024 Hyundai rick check the vehicle out and found the problem right away. His guys called Nashua Hyundai and found out that the vehicle is still on the warranty and that was covered the issue basically charged me nothing. I am very grateful to use this place. (More than my wife paid for same tires at Sullivan 2 years ago, but that’s inflation…)

No issues at all, and actually one of the mechanics pointed out that I had a slightly bent wheel... which is extremely valuable insight.

We got in on a four tires for the price of three deal. Theresa, the receptionist extraordinaire, was phenomenal. She really carries the weight of this place with style & grace. It's not as easy job, but she handles it by extending respect and kindness, which makes all the difference in the world! Sullivan is SO lucky to have her! The one thing that was kind of petty, was that one of our tires was missing a lugnut ($9) and they called us mid-process to get the ok on replacing it, which when you're spending $800 seems kind of ridiculous not to just give it on a complimentary basis, but other than this, we highly recommend this particular location of Sullivan, since not all are created equal. A special shoutout to Ozzy for his time & efforts to help us. Happy holidays to you all!”

I came in for my factory scheduled maintenance, a battery replacement, and an inspection sticker. One of the many reasons Sullivan Tire stands out is how your team handled a potential hiccup with the inspection process.
The inspection machine wouldn't pass my car if the battery was replaced before performing the state inspection, as the driving data would be erased during the battery replacement. However, the team at Waltham knew exactly what to do. They took my car to the inspection bay for the inspection after servicing but before the battery replacement. This thoughtful approach ensured everything was done correctly and efficiently.

“I had some trouble with my car (2003 Mercedes C240) not starting this week, it wasn't the battery and I couldn't figure it out on my own so I had it towed to Village European. They were very helpful and updated me throughout the diagnosis process via text (explaining what was wrong, providing cost estimates, etc). They had parts ordered and the repair complete within 1.5 business days which was awesome - I would highly recommend Village European.”
