“Rick and team did a great job servicing my Audi 2017 A4 on multiple occasions (coolant hose, brake pads, oil changes). They are professional, proficient and polite. I used to take my Audi to Herb Chambers Burlington for servicing but they lost my trust when they refused to take ownership for a coolant hose replacement that should have been covered by their service warranty. Not to digress from this review but it is important to share this experience so that others are aware that once your car warranty runs out, going back to the dealership is not worth it.
Here is what happened. I had our Audi A4 2017 serviced at Audi Burlington Herb Chambers. For a significant cost they replaced one of the coolant hoses in addition to other work that was done for which I have the documentation and a video in which the mechanic conveyed the problem. A year later, I had an issue with the coolant hose leaking and I took my car back to Herb Chambers Burlington since repairs are covered for two years. I was given a quote of around $2232 because apparently it was a different hose. I called their bluff and forfeited the $250 to Herb Chambers Burlington for doing the coolant leak examination. Instead, I went ahead with Audi Auto engineering to replace the coolant hose for $700. And after Auto Engineering fixed it , I took the old damaged coolant hose and tank back to Audi Burlington and showed it to the service desk guys. 6 months later, my car is driving great.
I made a formal complaint with Audi USA and they said talk to the dealer. And then they sent me an email asking me to complete a survey. LOL. Really?
Audi Burlington no longer has my trust. I don’t really care about the free coffee, chocolates and the chips that they offer. You have to take ownership for the repairs that you do.
Needless to say I was humored when I learned of the jab that the Audi sales guy took at Rick and team. Seriously?”

I was back on the road in about 15 minutes and wasn't charged much more than what it would cost me to buy tire repair kit (and then I'd have to actually do the repair myself). I'm writing this review about a year later and the repair is holding up great.”

“My wife's 2019 Prius only has 19,000 miles on it but the dealer claimed it needed a lot of work. I took it in for an inspection sticker, oil change, and tire rotation and they recommended another $1300 of work. Mark determined that the A/C refresh and brake fluid exchange were not needed. He explained why the rear brakes DID warrant replacement, due to rotor corrosion, and did so at 75% of what the dealer wanted.”

“I wanted to start with how great full for this place.We Took a car to Rick we had a problem with a 2024 Hyundai rick check the vehicle out and found the problem right away. His guys called Nashua Hyundai and found out that the vehicle is still on the warranty and that was covered the issue basically charged me nothing. I am very grateful to use this place. “The best service station in the area that I can think of, and I’ve been driving here since the early 80s. At the moment, they’re keeping my 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek running smoothly and pushing 200K. From diagnosing problems to holding down costs to just being up front about what needs to be fixed (to say nothing about friendly service that goes above and beyond), the guys at Riggio can’t be beat.”
“Happy the tires I asked for were in stock and put on same day. Performed alignment and gave me before/after output.
Courteous staff took a look at the wear on my old tires, actually didn’t pressure me to replace them (my mechanic had suggested I do so soon). Tires I wanted were on sale, and with sale price better than online tire stores.
(More than my wife paid for same tires at Sullivan 2 years ago, but that’s inflation…)
Sullivan Tire in Sudbury lets Sudbury Boy Scouts have Christmas Tree sale on their lot every year, so I like them as good community members.”

“Front wheel was making a horrible racket, sounding like metal on metal and getting worse over a few days. Who knows what it was. Paul fit me in the next day. But when I dropped it off, naturally the noise was gone. His mechanic took it on the highway and drove it around - they took the wheel off and looked at the brakes and bearing. Concluded that whatever it was, it had resolved - perhaps a rock or something. Didn’t charge me anything but suggested if it comes back to drop it off immediately and they would check it out.”

We had a great experience with Sullivan Tire and Auto Service in Newton. The customer service was outstanding, everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They provided great communication, fair pricing, and treated us with respect throughout the entire process.

I was treated with so much respect and kindness from the moment I arrived. Even though they were very busy, the gentleman at the front desk made time to help me. He went above and beyond to make sure my tire was fixed so I could safely make it to my destination in Framingham.
