Hours: Cotuit Garage is well run. The expertise of the owner is stellar and the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and capable. The staff did a fantastic job of scheduling repair and getting it done in the timeframe discussed and more reasonably than the dealer. Exceptional customer service: they call after the work is estimated, verify proceeding or not and keep you aware of the timing. They are honest and don’t try to up‑sale you. It is worth driving from Boston to get vehicle serviced here. The shop handles oil change, transmission service and brake inspection easily. They inform about brake pads life and already top off washer fluid, checking all other fluids. The shop went above and beyond for such a simple service. A large screw in a tire was removed quickly, staff were friendly and helpful. Oil change was done in a timely manner and staff were professional and nice. A Volvo with radiator problems was taken in fairly quickly, quoted over 1200 but ended up 849 and work was done a little earlier than quoted. Highly recommend Cotuit Garage.
