“After our car was hit while parked by the curb we had damage to the front of the car, both front tires needed to be replaced, and the power steering was out. David took care of everything for us and dealt with the insurance too! Even months later we noticed a slight alignment issue, he took care of the issue free of charge in just a matter of days before Christmas. Both times he provided us with pickup service from the local enterprise car rental and negotiated great rates for the rental. When we picked up our repaired car we were able to leave the rental at the body shop and he had enterprise come pick it up, very convenient! I highly recommend going to North Shore Auto Body, and they really stand by the work that they do. Thanks David!”

“I like these guys a lot. Occasionally longer wait times but this is due to staffing issues as opposed to negligence, and I can't fault the workers for that. Always friendly and the times I've needed it, they've allowed me to borrow tools to use in the parking lot. Good people all around and the only auto parts store around here I'm allegiant to”

“Years ago I was formerly a technician at another local Ford dealership. I did enough time there to know how shops work and good from bad and honesty. I was forced to bring my truck to Danvers for service. I was very impressed with the accuracy and ability of the technician, as well as the communication, etc of my Scott, my advisor. I paid a fair price for great quality work! I recommend Danvers Ford!”

“I want to start saying that I had the best experience at purchasing my new car. My sales associate was Habib and he did an amazing job. I purchased my car at the end of September and he made the entire process so smooth. His manager, Alcir, was very helpful at the time of purchase. But Habib went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He followed up with me to check how I was liking the car and made sure to answer all my questions. After a month and a half, I had some stuff happened and again, Habib went above and beyond to make sure to help me. I’m so thankful to him for all the help. Habib is definitely the best!”

“From the moment we dropped off our vehicle after hitting a coyote on the highway the experience was flawless! Very communicative on any delays(based on parts or finding added damage). Took a little over a month but we are very happy! Bob was great at keeping us in the loop! (Hopefully we don’t ever need to go back) but if we do would totally use them again!”

“Dave is a very friendly, helpful and honest mechanic. That day a piece of metal started to hang under my car and make scratching noises while driving over bumps. I stopped by at Dave’s place. He was very kind to put aside his work and checked my car. He explained to me what it was (heat shield) and removed the hanging part for me without charge. Thank you Dave.”

“Came in just after 9am on a Sunday morning for a battery swap. The only staff member on duty (another was evidently late) was helpful and courteous despite being all on his own. Only surprise was the slight anxiety about installing a 12V battery on an EV; they have a display at the front advertising the same battery. In either case, he was quite helpful. Hopefully the other employee made it in later in the morning.”

“It was a very seamless experience. They were very communicative and engaging. I received a video from the mechanic master (I think it’s the title) letting me know the things he recommends working on. Which I did! They asked for approval before proceeding. So I knew what exactly I was paying for. I’m very very pleased with the results. My baby (Forester wilderness) feels brand new.”

“Classic tale. I went in for one thing but had another major issue found. However, I'm so happy they caught it! They saved me thousands, and potentially a car accident, by spotting the problem. The best part was that Tom and the tech sent a video explaining the issue, so I had no doubt about the repair. They also provided car service to and from the dealership, which made the whole experience even easier. Tom communicated throughout the entire process, and I'm so happy I stopped in. Can't recommend them enough!”
