“Pete's Garage was recommended to me and I am so glad I listened! I previously took my car to a dealership and felt that they weren't being honest. Scott was the one who answered my call and got me scheduled in. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. They're a no bull garage which is exactly what I want. I'll be getting my car worked on here moving forward!”

“I recently needed an oil change for my Maserati, but was disappointed to learn that the dealership had discontinued their valet / concierge service. First world problems, I know — but with every dealership over an hour away, I was struggling to find a local shop willing to service a car like mine. After calling around with no luck, I reached out to a used luxury car dealer in the area, and they referred me here. From my first phone call to meeting in person, I felt at ease and confident with their care and service for my car. All my questions were answered with patience and professionalism. My husband and I were treated with genuine, honest and welcoming service. We will definitely be back and will be recommending them to others.”

“I only take my cars to Tim and his team. My first experience with Tim was all I needed to never look for another mechanic again. My Town & Country would not start after a battery replacement. After a week of diagnosing the problem Tim called me and was very honest it could have been a faulty power control module or the entire electric system. He advised me to bring it to a mechanic that specialized in electrical issues, and after a week of working on it he did not even charge me and actually refused money. From that point on, any time I need work on my cars its gonna be Danvers Automotive. Honest, compassionate and just a stand up shop.”

“Came in for brake inspection as I noticed some squeaking. Shop manager and employee were super honest and didn’t try to upsell me but I decided to just take care of it. Fair price, hooked me up with a coupon, and got it done in a couple hours. Highly recommend for anyone on the North Shore!”

“Great people both in Sales and Service. Gage and Niko, and Jeff in sales are the best sales people to deal with. Henry in the Service Department is amazing and accommodating as well, and always keeps you updated on your vehicle daily. Can’t ask for a better dealership to be involved with. Highly recommend them for sales and service”

“We always have a great experience at Kelly VW! We have worked with Josh for two cars now and it’s always a pleasure. He makes the process of car shopping relaxing and enjoyable vs high stress at other dealerships. Barry in finance was also great to work with for the same reasons. We will continue car shopping at Kelly for future vehicles.”

“Brought my friends car here for a diagnostic. I have never had a more pleasant and personal experience in a car place. As a woman going to this small shop I was worried because you hear stories. This was the best experience I’ve had! If my cars need anything I will definitely be back. Everything was talked through in detail even going as far to show me the platform that runs the check on the car. Being able to see everything and understand it was such a nice surprise. 100 percent recommend.”

“Nail stuck in my tire, in an area where I was completely lost- according to my GPS , Roy’s was the closest place and i’m SO GLAD I came. He dropped what he was doing to immediately attend to my needs. I’m very grateful to have found this place- a true gem. Just the atmosphere of the garage and the car decor on the walls reflects that the hard work that is done here stems from the love and passion for cars. Mind you - I wasn’t at the garage for long however it hauls such a welcoming honest environment. I wouldn’t mind coming again for other services. Thank you!!!!!”

“I like these guys a lot. Occasionally longer wait times but this is due to staffing issues as opposed to negligence, and I can't fault the workers for that. Always friendly and the times I've needed it, they've allowed me to borrow tools to use in the parking lot. Good people all around and the only auto parts store around here I'm allegiant to”

“I've been going to Mike's for years for minor and major work. Work is always excellent and often finished before scheduled. If a problem does arise Mike will always offer alternative solutions rather than up-sell or overcharge. As a bonus, Mike's is located in close proximity to specialists with whom he has had long-term relationships with further expediting the experience.”

“Amazing, attentive, top notch service. A job quoted by Toyota for over a thousand dollars, Paul & his team got done for half the cost, in half the time, with double the care and delivery of where I got my quote from. My family has followed Paul for well over a decade- and the service only gets better and better. Keep up the awesome honest work and thanks againServices: General repairs & maintenance”

“I have always been happy with the quality and value of the repairs by Dick of Al's Auto Repairs in Danvers. He is the best. I was excited to see he was still working during this Covid time. He just finished a 4 wheel brake job and oil change that would have cost me 2 - 3 times more at a dealer. And I trust Dick with my car more than the dealer. He is very direct and practical. I had my car back and driving the same day. Give him a call he is great to work with! Dave Middleton”
