“As a single female, car shopping can be very stressful to say the least. My experience from start to finish with Michaud Mitsubishi was amazing. They were very patient with the million questions I asked and never made me feel like I was annoying or low smart (and when it comes to cars, I am very low smart, lol).
Kim was an amazing rep every step of the way. She found me a great vehicle which fit my budget extremely well. The manager Bill had a great sense of humor and put me at ease right away. He went above and beyond to get me great financing (better than the one I found myself). Zack was also wonderful to work with.
I went to multiple dealerships looking for a car that was reliable and fit my very tight monthly budget. I left every other dealership feeling defeated and judged. Not at Michaud - a family owned business that made me feel like family right away.
I will forever be purchasing my vehicles from them going forward - which of course will not be for a very long time because I got a great reliable car from them.”

“I only take my cars to Tim and his team. My first experience with Tim was all I needed to never look for another mechanic again. My Town & Country would not start after a battery replacement. After a week of diagnosing the problem Tim called me and was very honest it could have been a faulty power control module or the entire electric system. He advised me to bring it to a mechanic that specialized in electrical issues, and after a week of working on it he did not even charge me and actually refused money. From that point on, any time I need work on my cars its gonna be Danvers Automotive. Honest, compassionate and just a stand up shop.”

“I want to start saying that I had the best experience at purchasing my new car. My sales associate was Habib and he did an amazing job. I purchased my car at the end of September and he made the entire process so smooth. His manager, Alcir, was very helpful at the time of purchase. But Habib went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He followed up with me to check how I was liking the car and made sure to answer all my questions. After a month and a half, I had some stuff happened and again, Habib went above and beyond to make sure to help me. I’m so thankful to him for all the help. Habib is definitely the best!”
“Life saver ! Our tire went flat near Danvers. We had to go all the way to Boston to return our car but the tire started hissing, luckily I found this auto shop and he saved my day. He did an excellent patch work on my tire and it held on really well until I reached Boston, not a single point of air dropped. Really saved 2 hours at least preventing road side assistance.
