“Hidden gem! I love this store mostly because it’s always organized and plenty of clothing. My only complaint is that their clearance section is not accurate. Two pairs of pants one if 22.99 and the same pants in two sizes down is 11.99
Their discounts are phenomenal.”

When in Marblehead, shop local. The employees as I always say are very friendly and very helpful and that is a big plus. I know I will use my sweatshirt a lot as I like to put it on in the morning! We had been in here a few days before but it was very crowded due to the 4th of July festivities. Now, it was easy to find more things! LOL Take a look. “While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.

I Had a very complicated transaction where I had to return a lot of items due to sizing, and repurchase set of new items and it was a lot of work and Carlie was very helpful, patient and professional and helped me find new sizes and order some online that will be shipped free to my house and then even double checked a receipts and items to make sure everything was scanned properly and I got all the best discounts. She really went above and beyond..”

“One of the few stores with small size clothing for skinny people. Suitable for those with BMI ~16-23. Although the size chart have gotten bigger in the past few years, the price mostly stayed the same.This specific store is rather small. It does not carry many selections (no men’s tie, but LOTS of socks).The staff was patient with me. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed.Many clothings on the shelf were not well organized. I understand that it’s hard to maintain in a busy location.”
