Michaels is a store with everything needed to explore creativity, offering an expansive assortment of arts, crafts, and seasonal items. It has pretty much every type of art or craft supply you could possibly need, including popular art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral arrangements, scrapbook materials, beads, and craft machines. Customers can find many arts and crafts items at reasonable prices and an excellent price range for various products. The store also carries lots of knick knacks, party supplies, gifts, and decor for holidays and special moments. The store is described as nice and clean, with a friendly and very helpful knowledgeable staff. However, some organizational issues are noted, as shelves could be better organized and prices were not always clearly indicated. A common concern is the checkout process, with long lines forming at the few registers with cashiers, especially on weekends and during the holiday season. While the online pickup system works overall, some find its honor system a bit sketchy. Despite these issues, many highly recommend Michaels for its extensive inventory and great selection.

Michael’s has more than what people would imagine. They carry everything in their stuff for your house, stuff for crafts stuff for kids balloon you name it in and they’re always at a low price.

I didn’t get her name, but a really wonderful Spanish woman helped me at checkout. She was so enthusiastic and so welcoming, and her personality made my day. What a blessing! Give that woman a raise!!!
