“The Post Office at 1179 Main St in Wakefield is honestly a little hidden gem. It’s only ever really busy a couple of weeks before and after Christmas, which makes most visits quick and easy. One of the regular staff members, a woman who works there often, is extremely friendly and does her job very well—always professional and efficient. I can confidently leave prepaid packages without worrying about needing a receipt or whether they’ll get scanned properly.
I almost hate to leave this review because I don’t want word to get out and have this place overrun with humans, but credit is due where it’s earned. Great service and a stress-free experience every time.”

“I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Boxford Post Office and Postmaster Giana Stachulski. I had ordered a package from Australia on November 30th, with the intention of giving it as a present today, December 20th. However, the USPS tracking updates were sluggish, and I was starting to worry it wouldn’t arrive in time. After submitting a request for my package to be expedited, Giana went above and beyond to make sure I received it.
She personally called me to let me know the package had arrived at the Boxford Post Office, and she assured me that she would carefully search through the parcels to find mine. True to her word, Giana hand-delivered the package to me, ensuring it made it to me on time for my special occasion. I was absolutely blown away by her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
This level of care is rare, and it’s clear that Giana is truly committed to her community. Thank you, Boxford Post, for having such a fantastic team! Giana, you made my day—I'm beyond grateful for everything you did!”
“Had a positive experience last week with Rexxx.This gentlemen was nice, chill personality, informative, and brought ease to my anxiety felt morning. I had some very important documents to send off, and Rexxx explained everything I would need. Explained my price options, asked certain questions to give me his best opinion, but left the decision up to me.
The last thing you need in stressful situations is an employee that is just wired tight about everything and have no personality. Rexx has a great sense of humor and certainly made me laugh that morning.
Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to get my business and mailing needs taking care of at this location.”

“There's a clerk works here his name is John he is the nicest most efficient postal worker I've dealt with in a very long time. And he's easy on the eyes ? Just a super guy they're lucky to have him. The convenience of this location is much appreciated ?.”
“I had some issues with forwarding mail to a new address. This was the third post office that I visited and the only one that was willing to look into the issue. I spoke with two people, whose names I wish I had remembered, both of whom took steps to resolve the problem.”

“I have visited this post office several times in the last few weeks and have had nothing short of outstanding service. The staff all are extremely timely, courteous, and helpful. There is rarely a line and if there is, there are 2 associates helping up front. The attitude of the staff is positive, kind, but also professional and helpful. All the staff I have interacted with are kind, but Alicia especially has been amazing. I have a somewhat complex and time consuming transaction and she doesn’t skip a beat with it. She embodies what every employee should strive for and I would go out of my way to visit this location as unfortunately I have not had this same experience at all locations, it varies wildly. 5 shining stars to Alicia and this location!”

When it was my turn, Andrew called me up and guided me through each step with patience and clarity. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also efficient and attentive to every detail. “The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!”

“Wonderful customer service. The mail carrier, Jose, doubled back at the end of his route to deliver a package for my daughter when it was realized that it had been marked for the incorrect route. To go that extra distance (literally and figuratively) to deliver a package for a girl on her birthday really restores a little bit of faith back in humanity for me. “I must sincerely thank Joe. Went there this morning to mail out a package of sandals to a friend who lives out of the country. Boy did I feel old when I had to fill out all this paperwork and trying to package it all. The whole task felt cumbersome until Joe kept continually assisting me. Can't say enough about the exceptional service he provided me. While I was there I heard no fewer than 7 people complimenting him on his customer service. He is a great asset.
