He has been so accommodating and spent so much time with me in my two visits to public storage already. Eric explains every single detail and answers every question with complete accuracy and confidence. He is a very caring and polite employee. The facility is immaculate, the lighting is flawless throughout the building & I feel very safe and comfortable-there. I’m so happy as this location is perfect for me And I’ve enjoyed being Welcomed as a new customer! Many thanks again to Eric! “Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes.
