“They made move in and move out fast and easy. The place was clean and no pests got into my storage items. They have a gated area for loading which is nice to have extra security for my items while my car is parked there. Lots of carts for moving things up the elevator. Large elevators. Just a great experience overall, I'll be a return customer if I ever need a storage unit again. Only one downside was that there was a 2x rate increase after a few months, so while the intro price is attractive you'll need to keep an eye on the increase schedules.”

“I had to move my elderly mother across the country on very short notice. R.C. Mason Movers was able to fit us in and worked with me to make the experience less stressful than it already was. I got quotes from 5 of the well known national movers and went with Atlas after going over the quote with Adam from R.C. Mason. The actual movers were very friendly and professional.
Everything arrived in good shape and the final cost ended up about $1,000.00 less than the estimate.
I did extensive research before making the final decision and I'm happy to say it paid off.

“I have had nothing but good experiences from extra storage I have dealt with a couple of people in the office but when I first got my been I got in touch with a woman named Asia and she was a phenomenal help very understanding caring and understood what I am to store away in storage and helped me to pick the perfect bin people in the office are always very helpful would recommend this to be a very good storage unit facility in the city of Lynn it is always clean carts are available offices stacked with supplies if you need I'm glad I found the storage bin it has been very helpful and useful to me it's my first and only one and don't see me going anywhere else like I said they treat your kind they are very attentive do they drive well thank you”

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, John. He was incredibly friendly and thorough, taking the time to give me a complete overview of the facility, the signup process, hours, and clear pricing. John was patient and answered every single question. The signup process was incredibly fast and easy, so I joined on the spot.
John takes immense pride in this facility, and it truly shows. On my move-in day, he even made a point to stop by my unit just to ensure I had accessed the building and the unit without any issues.
If you want a spotless facility and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend this location!”
