“Holy cow!!! Where do I start? I've been renting a few storage units from James for the last 6 years. I can tell you that when I first met him, I was completely blown away by his passion for wanting to help me with my needs. I explained my situation and what I was looking for. James was prompt to offer me simple solutions to what I thought was a complex problem. We walked around looking at a few different storage sizes. James quickly and efficiently rented me the storage units and here we are 6 years later and I still have them. Thank you!! All in all, I would give him 10 stars but they limit the review to 5. “Anthony and the team at the Danvers U-Haul could not be nicer or more helpful. This is a busy, high-volume location, but the place is always clean and efficient, and everyone goes out of their way to help.
I’ve been in and out of this store over the past two months and have seen customers come in stressed and angry and treat the staff poorly. Twice I watched these employees calmly de-escalate the situation and stay professional through it. They truly do their best for every customer.
