Staples in Danvers is an awesome place with awesome people, focused on serving small businesses, entrepreneurs, remote workers, teachers, and students. The Print & Marketing Services team is outstanding, professional, responsive, and produces top quality work. Customers describe the crew as friendly, helpful, and excellent, with amazing team spirit and seamless teamwork. Staff are willing to go out of their way to help, even for technically challenged customers, providing raving fan service. They work well together to ensure no customers are waiting, correcting any mistakes quickly and professionally. However, the store layout can be confusing and restrictive, like a maze to get to the cashier. Some product selection, like specific ink, can be very little. Customers sometimes walk all over the store searching for products they could find easily online. The main advantages of visiting in person are the ability to try products, like sitting in an office chair before buying, and the exceptional, helpful service from the dedicated and appreciated employees who make customers want to return.
I went there to get multi-colored file folders and was lucky enough to find a box of 100 - six colors on sale.
