“JAMBO Awesome Crew in Danvers. 5 STARS. Friendly, helpful, and great team work. First review I've ever done, because these employees were all excellent. Surprising today to get people to go out of their way to help customers especially me I'm technically challenged. I had 4 different training manuals printed and spiral bound and the staff worked well together to help me. My phone was not transferring two files so they used usb to send the flies from my computer. Heres the RAVING FAN review. I got in my car today when I went to pick them up I was so excited to get a first peak at them and one of them was backwards. I went into the store and immediately I was attended to & a new one was bound in minutes with an apology. Things go wrong there were 2 cover pages easy mistake, but when you have a team of employees who care to get it right & treat customers right it warrants A 5 STAR REVIEW. Thank you to the Staples Danvers Store Printing Team. I am a happy customer. Hope Staples management team reads this, because these guys deserve recognition it's rare to have a group work so seamlessly well together. I worked with four different people over two days all helped each other out no customers were waiting. Amazing team spirit! Thank you my faith is restored in Raving Fan Service I thought it was dead!”

“The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. I thought for sure my packages weren't going to be returned cause I had no idea how to do it but she had no problem helping, you don't get that kind of help like she did at anyplace anymore..nice and friendly place and people.”

“I always use FedEx to send gifts to my grandchildren. And I always use Pack and Ship. So easy. I bring bags of wrapped presents. They pack them and I'm done. It costs more, but it's for the grandkids so I don't care. It makes their gifts more special being delivered by FedEx instead of the mail. Oh, everything goes Ground. I'm in Massachusetts, packages get to Vermont the next day; Ohio and Virginia take 2 days. Beat that.”

“Good little store. Very clean and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They do printing and a shipping. They are fairly quick too. Parking is hit or miss here, and is right off route one. It’s location stinks, wish is was in a better spot.”
“Tim is the absolute best! He went far above and beyond at four minutes to closing when I thought I had a relatively simple return drop off. Just about everything went wrong on my end, and it took a full 20 minutes to get everything sorted. Tim was kind, professional, and patient throughout, in spite of the late hour on a holiday weekend. It's pretty rare to be treated that well these days, and I'm very grateful for his generosity and help.He also gave me a coupon for a future visit, and this will be my new location of choice for print and ship services.”
