“I purchased a 2016 F350 from Marx recently. Wonderful experience! I hate the thought of dealing with used car salesmen, most of them are crooks. Marc didn’t try to add on any bogus fees or take advantage of me in any way, just a standard dealer prep (which was half of what I was about to pay from another dealer), plus he knocked off some from the original price. I live in Idaho, and after having found the exact vehicle I wanted, I made arrangements to fly out there and drive it home. Marc worked with me with getting the paperwork mailed out so I could register before leaving home. I called several times to work out details, and every time Melissa answered the phone and just has a pleasant personality, very nice to deal with. Marc was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and even offered to have someone pick me up from the airport! Pierre picked me up and we had a nice talk on the drive. Everyone there is just very pleasant to interact with, helpful, honest, full of integrity, good people. I love the vehicle, but I’m so glad I bought it from Marx. It made used-car shopping a pleasure. Marc even called me a couple days later just to check how everything was going with the drive back.”

“It’s hard to really judge a company when everything goes right, but how do they respond if there’s a challenge? When I took my car in for service there was a mistake made (not quality of the work which was excellent), but it was regarding the service that was supposed to be done. They not only took care of it in an extremely timely manner, they went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied. People are human, so mistakes are inevitable, it’s how they are dealt with that makes all the difference. Thank you to the Midas team!”
“Martin's Auto is the best repair shop bar none. Everytime, I bring my Toyota Sequoia for service the repair is done perfectly. Oftentimes, I shake my head - the bill should be higher. “Ralph sold me a 2010 Honda Fit and he was amazing! When the AC compressor and serpentine belt/pulley needed attention during my first week or two of ownership the diagnosis was quick and everything was replaced with new parts. He was efficient, honest, hospitable to work with.

“I bought a 1985 GMC Caballero on a whim - it had some issues with the exhaust, timing, sputtering, knocking, etc. Throughout the entire process I was kept updated (texts and emails) with performance and test graphs, summaries of issues and options, photos/short video, and timeline updates on ordered parts and installations. Fantastic communication. Felt like they actually really cared - with attention to detail and pride in their work. What an absolutely fantastic family owned business! Will bring my car back to them when needed.”

“Our car failed inspection and we needed our muffler fixed. We brought it to meineke to be repaired. They asked if we had it inspected at bliss a few blocks away, we had. They ordered the part and we brought the car back to be fixed. Not only did they fix the car but they brought it back to bliss and had it reinspected. When we picked up the car it was all set. Great customer service.”

“My husband and I had a few different dealerships we had appointments at, to test drive some vehicles. We were very pleased the our favorite truck was at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth. Nemy Sousa was the Sales Consultant we worked with. He and the Finance Manager were very professional and courteous. They worked hard to get us the best deal so we could walk away with this truck. Our credit was fine, but our debt to income ratio needed some finagling to get us what we wanted without having to put down more than $2400.
Nemy is a down to earth person. He did not ever make us feel like he was trying to oversell or sneak anything by us. It was nice. We went in with our guards up and 10 minutes in, relaxed, conversated easily and trusted him. It was a wonderful feeling. We didn't feel stressed or pressured like we had in the past. The Finance Manager (I'm sorry I did not write down his name) answered the rest of our questions and explained everything further.
Buyng a car can be stressful and time consuming. These guys took the stress out completely. It was an exceptional experience for us. We live in Rhode Island, but we will most definitely buy from here again, and spread the word to others.

The online sales person at Colonial Honda, who answered all of our questions and maintained contact...was the reason we initially kept our appointment. The online sales agent for the other dealership...not so much. The other dealership called while we were waiting on Finance to finish up. My husband made sure to tell him that since he ignored us, we skipped them and came here and bought a $35,000 truck. Im thankful they didn't do their job.”
