“Great staff and great management! There was a very rude and aggressive man who used the R word during his transaction and my teller expressed that the word is offensive to use! The man ended up being more aggressive and calling my teller the R word as well and because of this, my teller’s coworker who was servicing the man at the time, refused to help him. Management came over to have a better understanding of the situation and backed up his staff, GREAT management! The man swore at them and left the store screaming.”
