“Bank Manger Seth & Staff continuously go above and beyond with any issues I have. Prompt and friendly. Highly recommended if you want a bank that will listen to your concerns and treat you like a human and not a number. You ever need anything and don’t want to discuss your business at the teller window, Simply sit in lounge and they will take you into their private office and resolve your issue. If they are extremely busy you can simply call the branch and set-up an appointment. Super easy todo. They more than likely can see you the same day. The longest I’ve waited for an appointment was next day. I would call in and say, Hey I need copies of my bank statements from 2021. They will print them all out in order and you just swing by and pick them up. They would even mail them to you if you’d prefer. Nothing is too embarrassing to ask them. I’ve had many embarrassing mistakes over the years and they are there to help you and not judge you.
No I don’t work at Citizens Bank. It’s just experience from over 25 years of banking with them. Engage with the bank staff and avoid asking too many questions in the teller line that you’re uncomfortable with. I’ve seen an 82 year old woman sit down and discuss her problem of missing .89 cents on a transaction and I listened in and the bank staff took 5 minutes of their time to get her that .89 cents back. Thats just one of the many reasons to bank here.”
“Parking is great. Staff is friendly. Just wish they had later closing times. I felt bad racing to the bank to replace my debit cart at 4:45 when they close at 5pm.”
“Kayleb helped me out when I really needed it! It was 5:40pm on a Friday and I was searching for a bank that could help me with something. I was turned away from other banks, but when I called Santander in Fairhaven I was so relieved to hear him say they could help me. I got there quickly (they close at 6pm on Fridays) and Kayleb was friendly and quick to help me out. I am so grateful and absolutely recommend this bank and their staff for banking needs. “Hands down the BEST BANK, (sorry, credit union), EVER! The tellers are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Two weeks ago, some douche who stole my old phone somehow got into my account and stole $125. St. Anne's reimbursed me IMMEDIATELY, before even doing their investigation, so I wasn't without that money! I appreciate how they care about their customers ?!”

Heather is more than helpful with any questions or tricky situations, and she shines with a cheery greeting each time you enter the branch. The branch manager John goes above and beyond with an approachable level of professionalism. What else…oh yeah, Kira works there too. 😝🤣🤣. On a scale of 1-10, they are all 11’s!”
