BJ's Wholesale Club is a popular membership-based retail warehouse that offers a wide range of products and services. The store caters to members of all ages, with designated shopping hours for seniors and first responders. Customers generally have a positive experience at BJ's, with the store providing a smooth checkout process through the express pay option. The staff is often praised for their helpfulness, with one customer highlighting the exceptional service provided by an employee named Nathan. However, the store's customer service has also received some criticism. Some customers have encountered issues with a particular employee named Theresa, who has been described as visibly agitated and rude when checking receipts at the exit. There have been reports of Theresa being overly aggressive in her approach, tossing customers' items around and making them feel uncomfortable. Additionally, some customers have expressed concerns about the store's pricing and coupon policies, which they feel are intentionally tricky and not as competitive as other retailers. Customers are advised to be vigilant and aware of the store's policies to ensure they get the best deals. Overall, BJ's Wholesale Club is a well-liked establishment, but the management may need to address the concerns raised by some customers, particularly regarding the behavior of certain employees and the store's pricing and promotional strategies.
I have a love / hate relationship with BJs. I love buying in bulk and saving money, I hate the short staffing, shrinking value and short promotional periods. Our Dartmouth location is awful compared to the Plymouth store.

BJ's in Dartmouth, MA is one of the best I've been in. Plenty of parking and not too crowded. Accepts most credit cards including Apple Pay (unlike Costco which only accepts Visa). Great food, beer, and wine selections.
