“I love BJs and would have given five stars but someone needs to train employees if a customer says thank you, please respond with you’re welcome. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s how I was brought up. It Happened twice within 5 minutes. The two employees seemed like they would rather be elsewhere.”

“It's Sunday afternoon and I have a flat. I called all the local tire places and they were so rude to me on the phone. I forgot BJs had a tire center so I called to see if anyone was available to look at my flat. The guy I spoke to was so nice and I was able to bring my car right in. They found a nail and was able to patch it up. In and out in less than an hour.I had a nail in my tire a few months ago and Dartmouth Toyota where I normally bring my Toyota missed it and it cost me a lot of money to fix. Everyone I interacted with at BJs tire center was very professional and efficient. Much appreciated. Will def go back there.”
