“I had a great experience with Jewelry Express in the Dartmouth Mall today. I have a ring that means a lot to me, and lately, it's been catching on my clothes and the moonstone has been a little bit loose. So I called the original company, Black Tree Lab, and they said I could ship it to them for repair, but it was something I could just take to a local jeweler to have fixed because I was stressed about it getting lost in the mail overseas. I took it to Jewelry Express, and within 5 minutes (maybe less), I had my ring fixed and shining again for a great price. If you have any jewelry needs, go see Jose! I couldn't be any more grateful. I haven't taken this ring off in over 5 years, and before Jose's expertise, it was looking like I'd have to ship it out to another jewelry repair shop and wait at least two weeks just for an estimate, never mind a repair.”

“Kathy and Shawn were extremely helpful as well as honest & trustworthy. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. Excellent experience!”
“We had such a wonderful experience with Kay Jewelers for our wedding bands. Linda, Melanie, Ed, and Kristine were all so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything feel easy and special while helping us find rings we truly love. The quality is beautiful, and we’re so grateful for their care. We would highly recommend them!”
“I had a custom made ring procured via this jeweler, and I could not have been satisfied with the result and service I received. W's in the chat for Andrew. Fanstasic staff and a phenomenally run shop. I'll be returning for any and all needs I have in the future.”
“We went to A&A to have a weathered and hammered handmade ring resized down, we were assured dropping it off that the exterior appearance of the ring would not be changed due to the resizing service but when we got it back it had been buffed so much the hammer marks were almost entirely gone and it was shined bright as could possibly be. The ring was entirely different and looked destroyed to be honest. We took and the ring home and took it back a few hours later as it was devastating to keep seeing how much it had been altered from what we dropped off. The team took it back and said they would try their best and that they did. Comparing it to a photo of the original state of the ring they worked overtime and very quickly within a day to correct the mistakes. They were able to re-add the hammered marks that were buffed out and added back the worn vintage appearance, very big props to the A&A team for accepting responsibility and going above and beyond to correct what had happened to the ring to return it as close as possible to the original appearance.
Attached are the original ring, what it looked like the first we got it back, and the second time after is was fixed.”
