The pedicure wasn’t a good quality. I had to smooth the corners of the nails when I got home and the heels were not smooth.
They did it quickly and charged $52 for a regular pedicure.

Pedicurist was mean, dismissive, and completely ignored my multiple “ouch” moments. I cut session short by saying I did not want polish. Never there again!

They do not clean their tools in between clients. During a pedicure They will cut your nails file them scrape them and scrub your feet all with the tools they used for the person before you. Disgusting and unsanitary

I called over the phone to inquire about a gel pedicure to which the lady stated it would be $37. Upon arrival I was told that I “did not ask that.. that price was for regular color” and that it would actually be “$57.” To which I was upset but understood there could have possibly been a misunderstanding over the phone (Unlikely but possible). I got a gel pedicure. Another customer walked in and asked for a simple color change and the lady stated it would be “$40.” Which I found interesting as I was just told it would be $37 if I had chosen just regular color. While the ladies were talking back and forth I used google translate as I was interested in what they were saying among some of the words were “villian”. When checking out the lady who did my nails told me it was “$62” to which I made a face as I was previously told it was “$57.” She then said “$52”. I said “You guys change prices here quite often huh” and she said “Have a good day”. Very unprofessional and very overpriced.. Seems they change the prices whenever it seems to benefit them. My nails are uneven as well but not awful. Definitely not worth the price however.

Never come here not professional, upcharged me because I have short nails and the paint is everywhere but my nail, it’s very streaky off camera, 70 dollars I could’ve spent elsewhere

This was my first time going here. I had a gel manicure done just two days ago and the nail polish is already lifting. Usually gel polish lasts me almost 2 weeks! I also mentioned to the nail tech that the nail polish seemed to be bubbling up on all of my nails and her response was that “that happens with some of the polishes and she doesn’t know why.” I was expecting her to offer for me to switch colors or find a newer polish. She also didn’t even push back and remove enough of my cuticles. Not impressed!

Very kind and professional staff. They didn't look surprised when they saw the state of my nails ( I pick them down to nothing ), which was a relief. Okay prices. Will go here again as a treat.

I was charged 19.00 on my card that was supposed to be 10.00 for a child polish change and the nail polish came off 4 nails within 2 hours of leaving. Never again. I would post the pics but it doesn't give me an option to. So disappointed

Nice place besides the fact that the equipment wasn't clean and literally 2 days after I got my nails done I started growing yellow fungus on the edges of my nails. The tech didn't even do my nails all the way down to my cuticle. I went years ago and would've rated 5 stars then but it's been years since I went and I went for my wedding a few days ago only to be highly disappointed at the results for almost $60 too.

I’ve been getting my nails done for many many years and this is one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. There’s only 1 guy that’s good here, he sits in the middle. His work is great, that’s why I went back. Then I got a lady with short orange hair, talk about unprofessional. She FaceTimed and watched weird videos on her phone the entire time she did my nails. She cut me, my nails are crooked, uneven and ugly! Not to mention all her supplies were gross, and she put her fingers in the jar of acrylic powder to break up the clumps. I left feeling like I wasted $50 on a fill that I can’t wait to grow out. Hoping I don’t get an infection.

Came to use my gift card here I got for my birthday. I was a regular customer who always tips great. I have ADHD so looking at the thousand swatches has always been very overwhelming and distracting. I prefer to look at the actual bottles like I always have and has never been an issue. I always put them back in the exact spot every time. One of the technicians came over to me and said you don't put them back in the right spot you can't look at those. look at the swatches. I said I will be sure to put them back I always do every time, i really don't like looking at the swatches. needless to say they were very rude and made a scene. I ended up getting super embarrassed and just saying nevermind and walking out. They lost a loyal well tipping customer. Their work is not great it's mediocre at best, just a convenient location And always take walkins. I'll never go back.
