I was not a big fan of that store because there was a guy working there, who was a really bad professional. But he left already. Today, my sales rep was two amazing ladies; Anna and Nicole. “The Pedorthist there is wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. Im sorry I did not go sooner. The rapport from the person who answers calls and questions from nine months ago was very demeaning. I went to the Good Foot Store instead. I actually was embarrassed to go to their store. I feel that the Pedorthist is a wonderful, guy and its too bad the ones representing him do not share the same qualities. I would never have known without going in and meeting him, etc. too bad because you would not get that impression from the supporting staff. Even when we arrived the people in the showroom did not even say hello or ask if we needed help and we decided to walk into his "office" we were pleasantly surprised.
